I had a 30 minute free consultation to discuss applying for C4 planning permission for an HMO I own. The consultant listened to my concerns and took time to explain the process to me. It was very helpful.

I've had a great experience working with HMO Architects. Ryan was incredibly generous with his advice and really took the time to share his knowledge with us. His insight helped us think through things we wouldn't have considered on our own. I felt as if they genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for us. incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and just easy to work with overall. Definitely recommend.

Ryan is one of those people you meet in life who actually walks their talk! His ethos of 'giving back' was perfectly demonstrated when Ryan volunteered an entire afternoon (we know how busy he is!) to speak with and inspire students at St. Benedict's Catholic School in Bury St. Edmunds. Ryan was eager to hear from our budding entrepreneurs and guide them in how to build a useful business in an honest, realistic, and ethical way. I had a no obligation call with Ryan to discuss my project, and we spent 40 minutes talking. Can honestly say the level of service he offers is top level and he is fully transparent regardless if you commit to his service or not. If you want honesty and accuracy, Ryan will provide you with that, no fluff or sales pitch strategy. I would recommend a call with Ryan without any doubt.

I have dealt with two ‘general’ architect companies previously and recently used a remote digital service called Arkiplan. Whilst they have their benefits, my initial impressions from the first FOC call with Ryan is that HMO architects are perfect for my needs as they have expert design, legal and practical knowledge of the HMO and rental sector. The pricing structure of their services seems more relevant than the RIBA method and I am confident that they will help me not make costly mistakes for a new entrant to HMO (but not property development). I will write another review in a couple of months when I am using their services fully.

Very impressed with the very attentive detail that WP/HMO Architects provided for my HMO project on the south coast. Couldn't recommend enough!

Why only 5 stars? I wish to give 10! The Windsor & Patania Team is brilliant. They saved my HMO licence! They have accepted the job 3 days before the deadline. Designed, did research, submitted in time. Hold my hand even with payment and confirmation. Keeps eye on details and council response. Continuous updates and they successfully get the Planning Permission Approved in the first run. They are legends! Not just pure luck.

Excellent customer service, their standards are very impressive. The team followed me through the whole process for my HMO conversion and provided professional support on every area.
