Good communication skills,good clean trailers,as far as I can see from these few loads given to HNRY they match the criteria Aplix is looking for in a carrier for us.

In 25 years of business, I have never been more disappointed. Professionalism, honesty and execution all a regrettable experience. Never again. Clearly unprofessional.

Price quoted for this shipment could not be beat. Excellent service.

FREIGHT ARRIVED TO CUSTOMER LATE, DELAYED TWICE. REPS WERE UNAPOLOGETIC AND LACKED COMMUNICATION SKILLS. AFTER TALKING WITH A REP WE DECIDED TO GIVE HNRY A TRY WITH A LOAD, A COMPLETE CATASTROPHE THAT COST US MONEY WITH NO RECONCILIATION FROM HNRY. THE TRUCK LOAD DIVISION FUNCTIONS JUST AS POORLY AS YRC, HOLLAND, AND THE REST OF THEIR DIVISIONS. WE WILL NOT BE USING HNRY AGAIN.

With short notice during holiday season, you all worked with us very well and was able to make the pick up and delivery on time.

I still have not received a Proof of Delivery that I requested.
Driver was not able get on the military base because of background check. - i stated in the quote request that this was a military installation and proper ID required.

I would like to give a shout out to Josh Brockenberry and Jessica Pilot, who assisted when Josh was not available. Josh worked with us every step of the way; this helped the transportation move smoothly. The delivery was made on time, even sooner than expected so another shout out to the truck driver for making the delivery on time in the challenging weather conditions.

Doing great job, customer service also doing a good job but invoicing is slow....

I was updated with status of our shipments and was given a quick reply to any questions is had.
