OneTouch Logistics Inc. has been an amazing collaboration. They have never hesitated away from going above and beyond to guarantee that our customers receive the best possible service. They've been there for us every step of the process, from storage to sorting to delivery. They've always arrived on time, on budget, and have taken great care of my equipment. Working with them has been a delight since I know they will deliver great service. When you need a work done well, I highly recommend this company!

Throughout the service they were very helpful and professional. They are always proactive and supportive whenever a minor problem with a shipment develops. Not only do they tell us what issue has developed, but they also tell us what efforts have been done to fix it, which is quite significant for us as consumers. I was constantly informed about the status of the delivery and received signed proof of delivery as soon as the task was finished. I would highly recommend them.
