Disastrous experience. I paid for an item and never received it. They also sign you up for a €63 subscription, which is then converted into shopping credits every 15 days on their website. Stay away!

Do not use!

Do not use!

Ordered a fridge for my vulnerable father and got nothing in return. Ended up on a membership I never signed up for and had to cancel it. When going on their website to look for my order, I tried to use the chatbot which wouldn’t load. Waste of time and money!

Got hooked on a fridge promotion payed


Got hooked on a fridge promotion payed 10 EUR and got nothing in return. Hobbyclub claims I can order things with my credit, tried 10+ items none of them are 'currently available'
An absolute scam. If it were more than then EUR I would file a law suit but then again I assume that is the part of the scam. All I can do is avoid Hobbyclub in the future ands tell everyone I know about my experience
