Great range of products however my order was lost in a system glitch as I was informed, and took over 2 weeks to arrive with minimal confirmation or guarantees - bit of a pain but got my items all as described

The items I needed were a good price and the delivery was fast and efficient.

Quick and efficient, very well written pattern

Very impressed with my first order from this company. Great selection of kits. Great presentation, packing for the post excellent, delivery time good as well. Kits are well presented with good charts and threads in the 3 cross stitch kits I bought. Soon as they are worked will be ordering more!

Lovely easy website. Good service and quick delivery.

Delivered on time, all colours are great, love the quality of threads! Thank you!

Very happy with Hobby Jobby, good service and fast delivery. Good prices too. I love the DROPS Belle yarn. Easy to knit with with gorgeous colours. It's the third knit I made with this it, i used it twice for the PetiteKnit Wave Tee.

Arrived in perfect order and look exactly like the online image. Great price as well

They sent me different yarn with label of the one I have ordered

Terrible service !

Ordered an item on the 25th of September and we are now on the 3rd October and it’s still it been processed ! Nothing from customer service and no sign of this being sorted !! Stay clear order from another company who are will to help

Bit of a con - £2.98 to print a download?? Not made so clear. Then a refund done without explanation as the needles the pattern suggests are out of stock at point of shipping. Hope the wool is nice at this rate!

Good choice of cross stitching kits at affordable prices. My purchase, (The Tit on The Branch), came on time in perfect condition. Recommended Seller.

I ordered this pattern for booties for my grandchild. I found it easily on the Hobby Jobby site, it was an instant download and very reasonably priced. I think they have a very good and varied selection of patterns and look forward to purchasing from Hobby Jobby again.

Really nice kit lots of wool great company to do business with fast delivery

love this shop! fast delivery with no problems, going to using this for all my thread deliveries

Quick delivers ,good prices thank you

I have not yet received my purchase so cannot comment

Really great to be able to get a free digital version after purchasing the physical kit ! Just disappointed not to have the color table in the digital diagram: I had to create manually the color table into my app.
