This wee kitty really speaks to me! I can identify with this messy kitty! I fell in love with him LOL

The prompt delivery and product quality were excellent. Most of al their detailed search for exact matching of wool showed a great attitude to customer service.

Quick delivery beautifully packaged very happy

Good comprehensive website, expansive list of items available and all at a fabulous price. Ordering and delivery was very efficient- will definitely buy from this company again.

Very good selection of products for my hobby. Able to select different brands and price filters to keep it within my budget. Excellent pricing and quick shipping and delivery. Very high quality items

I found ordering very easy. The postage was great and the prices were good

Product was as advertised and arrived in the alloted time.

Lovely cross stitch and delivered very quickly. Thanks

Pattern printed wrong on rows 4 & 6 so took me ages to work out what was wrong. Extremely disappointed with pattern. Have now found out that alternate rows between 12-26 are all displaying wrong number of stitches. They need to get pattern corrected quickly.

Extremely pleased with the service that I received. From ordering, to receiving my purchase, was great. The price was fair and they have plenty of choices available. I was notified with updates and very pleased with my item....yet to be started. Will definitely buy more!

I bought 28 balls of Drops cotton/merino wool from Hobby Jobby and was disappointed to find a number of knots in some of the balls necessitating pulling back my work and wasting yarn. Hobby Jobby, although apologetic, were unable to take any responsibility for this suggesting I approach Drops directly. It is my understanding that the retailer is responsible to the customer for a faulty item. I shall not be buying from Hobby Jobby in future.

Everything was handled well. Delivery notification was prompt and package arrived on time

Quicker delivery than quoted. Really happy with the wool that arrived and a very good price.
Would use again.

All ways good service

There is a good selection of yarns on this website. I quickly found what I was looking for. Great indexing, the individual yarn came up straight on google search. The dispatch and delivery were prompt and quick. Very happy with the service.

I am an experienced Cross Stitcher, haven’t ordered from this company before. Easy to order, was kept informed of status via tracking. Arrived on time. Very nicely packaged, threads all arranged neatly. Clear instructions. I would definitely order from them again.

It was easy to order from this site and I found exactly what I needed. The yarn is wonderful. The order came quickly and without flaw. I'm very happy with the whole experience

Excellent superstar service and delivery. Items all arrived much quicker than expected. Very still packaged, thank you.

Order arrived on time. Unfortunately when I opened the package I realised I had ordered the wrong kit. No problem returning it, all arranged through their website
