I appreciate the support to get things corrected when my expectations were not met, especially regarding the process to cancel my subscription.

I do not like the way I was subscribed to the process. I would have loved to continue with the platform, but I currently feel I was tricked into joining, as it was only linked to a Temu promotion, and I only found myself here after clicking a few buttons.

I would not have given 1 star as they do not deserve it.
I thought I was making an online purchase and entered my details. Once my bank details were submitted a pop up alerted me that I had signed up to a membership. I have asked for a complete refund, cancellation of membership. I would not recommend this company.
