They take money first and help at their own time that works for them, if you’re not available they will only rebook if you pay again. Needs to be a media recorded doc appointment not just a phone call. Might as well do Telehealth for free

Beware of their subscription system. You have to cancel, not them.
These people if you sign up for a month's subscription will take and take from the debit card you gave them month after month £12.99p. I only authorised them to take for the first month. but they collected a second month's payment. I had to find the way to cancel the subscription which was not straightforward or easy. BAH!
Their VPN system did not always work.
