Szczerze mówiąc nie spodziewałam się że będzie tak dobrze działać. Wzięłam głównie dla netflixa bo polska biblioteka jest słaba i nie ma połowy rzeczy które chcę oglądać. Teraz mam dostęp do wszystkiego i działa płynnie nawet w hd. Ten vpn spełnił moje oczekiwania

Application needs vpn to connect with first and secondly planet vpn disconnects regularly which I find annoying. Sometimes the user is logout and you have to log back in.

Schrott Lässt sich nicht Installieren
Einfach nur Schrott.
Die App lässt sich auf Windows 11 nicht Installieren.
Fängt an zu Installieren dann stürzt es ab.
Somit habe ich keine Chance es mal auszuprobieren.

Everything is pretty good, but once every 2–3 months, the key stops working, and I have to contact support. The new key doesn't always provide good bandwidth, so I often have to ask for yet another one. It is reassuring, however, that support responds quickly and resolves issues.

Didn't work, but refunded. Thanks.
I was not able to successfully reach a streaming service, despte multiple tries (Plant VPN Premium service). I opted for another VPN and was successful with that.
I have reached out to the support email address to initiate the refund process, but I get not reply. 26 days ago I wrote, with a follow-up 7 days later. Nothing. I'm rather disappointed.

Edit - Planet VPN have responded to my 3rd email, and instantly implemented a full refund. So fair play for that. 1* Rating and review title changed as a result.

La publicidad es engañosa y no contestan tras no dar el servicio y pedir un reembolso, pues tras buscar una VPN asequible que me permitiera ver BBC iPLAYER, PLANET aparece como una de ellas. Tras el pago e intentar conectarme, me encuentro con la desagradable sorpresa de que es imposible. Escribo para pedirles una solución y no contestan Pido reembolso y no contestan. ES UNA ESTAFA.

I can't call this VPN a wothly solution right now
At the moment, I cannot call this VPN a worthy solution. As before, and even now, the free version only provides automatic location assignment, but while previously websites at least opened correctly, now in about 90% of cases my real geolocation is detected or the pages do not load at all. I also couldn't fully evaluate the mobile version for the same reason.
At the same time, the paid subscription offers many locations, but after such an experience with the free version, I don't have confidence that premium access will work noticeably better. I would like the developers to add at least several locations for manual selection in the free versions so that it would be possible to properly test the service before purchasing.

We recently updated how the free version works. It now uses automatic server selection to maintain stability and availability under high load. That said, these changes were not intended to affect website accessibility, so what you’re describing isn’t expected behavior.
In the premium version, you can manually choose from 60+ countries, which gives you more control and usually provides a more stable and consistent experience.

and share a few examples of websites that are not loading or detecting your real location? This will help us investigate the issue more precisely.
