I was charged for an upgraded room, Holidaybuzz apologised for the mistake and sent an email saying their customers are very important and service is their top priority. Its been 6 months now and they refuse to refund the money they took from me. Please be very careful using this business, if anything goes wrong they will not correct their error, you will never get a refund from them.

We have had nothing but problems since my partner booked a city break with this company. our flights were changed by over 9 hours by the flight supplier and all they offered was to refund our flight costs but could not guarantee our accommodation would be refunded, fobbed off with our suppliers are not coming back to us, surely they know if the accomodation is refundable or not, it should be on any paperwork provided to them. All we've had is mis-information and lie after lie from the agent (Jamie Lee). on every call we've had he has rushed through information speaking so fast we cannot understand him, which was a struggle enough with his strong accent. he was rude, condescending and kept speaking over us. They dont appear to have a complaints process and i can only assume thats because they have to employee an army of people to man it.
My partner discovered them through Wowcher but there are no deals to be had with this company the overall price is far more than advertised. I could have booked elsewhere better quality flights and accommodation for less money.

1 star because there is no option to give 0 or negative stars.
The worst customer care and sales team in the planet. Please don't fall for their trap. Don't waste you money. Because of their mistake and unresponsiveness my holiday has to be cancelled and I never got the money back, they said they will give a credit which they never let me use. I have been chasing them via email and call for past 6 months but never received a call back or never did they allow me to book a holiday using that credit.

My flights got cancelled but Jamie Lee very efficiently sorted new flights out and was very courteous and helpful

Was quoted two very different prices by two people. One called Jack, who failed to call back at a certain time.

After reading the comments on here, you can see a nice pattern amongst the 'good' comments. Obviously the same person is writing them. Extremely very rare that a call centre person would give our their full name.

Followed my gut feeling and booked my cruise through another company.

WARIng ery disappointed! Booked a wonderful trip to Euro Disney for a special birthday. Arrived to a mould ride room. The tickets was not correct and could only vist on park when booked parks. There are not very good customs service and getting back to you. Not prepend to refund money. Very misleading conartist, do not part Very your hard earn money to thus company .

Very trustworthy company and staff are fantastic in term of help and advise. Recommended from myself such with good deal travel package.

The Customer Service Staff Felix was very helpful at Super Escape Travels.

I had a problem trying to check in on line with Wizz Air for our forthcoming flight. Felix was very helpful in resolving this issue taking our details over the phone and issuing our boarding passes.

Beware the selling technique of this company. After you've booked your holiday and agreed to the amount - the sales team will transfer you to another sales person who aggressively sells you an upgrade. They add £ 180 to your bill and very little else! They will blame the supplier and question your hearing and understanding of what you paid extra for... It takes them months to resolve your query! After apologising profusely and validating your complaint in full they offer a ridiculous £ 45.00 voucher off your next holiday. Laughable!
