Holiday Floridas レビュー

Booking a holiday through holiday floridas was made easy with the help and patience of Jordan, nothing seemed too much bother even when I asked loads of questions and changed many things.

We were looking for a holiday in Florida and Robert has been great with regards answering all our questions & organising a holiday for us. He has been very responsive (& patient) to every email query and question we had & we had a few! Thank you Robert, it really is much appreciated.

Emma dealt with my dozens of emails and hundreds of questions patiently and thoroughly and arranged the best possible deal for us. Highly recommend!

John was so patient as I gave him so many different dates and party sizes , but he gave us all the information we needed so we could make the best decision for our family holiday.

I have booked with Holiday Floridas twice now. In 2019 and then again this year in 2023.
I can only describe them as FANTASTIC!
Both times I was quoted an unbeatable price. They were not just a little cheaper than anyone else. I mean massively cheaper!
I told them my budget, and Kelly (who is the loveliest) worked incredibly hard to meet it as tight as it was. The price I paid in 2019 was literally unbelievable!
I know it seems daunting booking with an unknown company, but Holidays Florida have been fantastic. I have already recommended them to other family members and friends who have also used them, and we have all had the most fantastic time. Nothing is to much trouble for them. Kelly dealt with both bookings for me and I would 100% recommend her to anyone. She’s a super star! ⭐️
She even managed to upgrade our flight this time so we could book our seats together FOC. She knew my autistic daughter couldn’t sit by herself and she did her upmost to make sure we were looked after and that we didn’t have anything to worry about.
I highly really recommend them to anyone thinking of booking a Florida holiday. You won’t regret it. Thank you Kelly and the HF team. I will certainly be back to book again in the future.

Booked with Chris and it has been very smooth sailing so far. All the paperwork has arrived in time for our trip this October and chris even managed to sort the seats for us which I was very nervous about. Can't wait for the kids to go on their first ever Disney holiday, it has been a very long time planning to get this dream holiday booked and Holidayfloridas couldn't have helped me more. I did pester them a bit for all the information but they handled it well, the team on their chat was quite helpful as well. Fingers crossed the holiday will be as perfect as the service I have received. Thank you Holidayfloridas for keeping up with me and helping me plan the biggest holiday for my family, I will certainly be booking with you again.

It is literally so bad it’s honestly laughable😂
The customer service is non existent and you can email with a problem, be ignored for weeks, express that you may want to cancel due to bad customer service and you will be responded too asap with an apology begging you to stay😂
When trying to cancel they will demand more money and refuse to provide legal evidence of why you need to pay this. And then when you request further proof they will ignore your emails completely.
The staff of the phone are useless and refuse to help you and say they will call you back, which obviously they don’t😂 The communication is awful and you can tell they have no idea what they are doing😂
Just don’t do it PLEASE 😳

Booked with Holiday Floridas for a BIG family holiday, there 14 of us and can't thank them enough to give us exactly the holiday we hoped for. Everything worked smoothly right from the point of enquiry, Trevor gave us so many options to choose from for the villa and it was quite difficult to make everyone happy considering we were four families travelling. The price was at least £2000 less than what we were getting from Virgin directly and that did make us a little anxious but Trevor gave us all the assurances we needed and helped us with all the questions we had. The payment plan was very flexible, we paid easily on their website and all the documentation followed promptly. And the villa was just PERFECT for us and flights, car hire and park tickets worked out really well too. Thank you Holiday Floridas for a dream holiday, we can't thank you enough for the wonderful service we were given. Will definitely book with you again.

Natalie was so helpful and supportive. We had sooooo many emails back and forth, she answered all my questions, gave me lots of options, each time I went back with another suggestion or query it was no trouble for her. Florida is such an overwhelming holiday to book as a first timer and she gave me so much guidance and reassurance which was so kind. The price, she worked with lots of different dates to get it work better for my family and the overall cost along with park tickets, is a really good fair price. I'm very happy with the experience so far. We are not due to go until Oct 2024, but cannot fault the service so far.

Wonderful experience booking with Trevor. We had booked in 2020 also and with covid the service was excellent! I have recommended to everyone I no.
Can’t wait to go again soon
Thank you so much

We have used Holiday Floridas since 2019. Kelly the agent we use is amazing, always goes the extra mile and is always available when I call. Prices are so much cheaper than elsewhere which in the current climate is much needed.

This is our third time using Holiday Floridas and certainly wouldn’t use anyone else.

I wouldn’t recommend booking with this holiday company.

The customer service and communication is not worth your money when booking your dream holidays.

We had booked for a family of 4 but a number of issues appeared shortly after we booked.
DOB and names spelt wrong on the initial booking confirmation and then no communication after this was raised. Also just to note for payment they don’t send invoices and payment reminders. Which again caused me worry and concern they were even a reputable company.

I finally spoke with two of the staff members and the way in which I was spoken to resulted in me taking action to cancel and I will loose my deposit paid. The dispute is still ongoing as the company have refused to cancel to date and after a complaint email was sent I’m still yet to receive and acknowledgment email and a response.

If you want peace of mind I’d say book with someone who understands your holiday needs. I’d suggest booking elsewhere and even paying that bit more. I’d read some reviews which seemed a great company to deal with but after booking that’s where it all went wrong.

Thanks for taking the time to read I just wouldn’t want anyone who’s anxious about spending a large amount of money on a holiday to be filled with doubts and hesitation like we were

Booking experience was straight forward, Adam was very patient,

the lady was very helpful and patient in all respects thanks

Hard to say how good until the actual holiday comes. Seems ok although I am still waiting for information on whether the flight as sold to me (seats together for party of 10) has happened. Seems to be a delay on this info, as you can imagine for 10 of us it is important we get what we were advised. Fingers crossed we do and then I can do a better feedback for the holidayflorida team.

really helpful agent went above and beyond fir our bookkng

Amazing price. Great service, patient and not pushy..

Matt was a great help, very knowledgeable and got us a great deal.
