Hi Garreth,

Its unfortunate you had such a start to your holiday and we are sorry for your experience.

We have been trying to contact you to share the proofs of payment for the new ticket as well as the calls & emails you made to us but you wouldn't get on the phone to us or share these proofs.

Instead, we have shared the proof of your ticket being used by you which contradicts your claim.

We intend to resolve this for you and hope to hear from you so we can conclude this matter.

Thanks,
Holiday Floridas
