The staff was really patient with me and guided me throughout the process. Jennifer is so helpful and patient and took me through the process and I got the good news that I needed.

Jennifer Anderson was helpful throughout my visa application process for Germany. From getting the insurance to booking the hotels, she ensured my application was ready quickly so I could get a slot as soon as possible. As a first timer the whole process looked very daunting but with her help I got the visa without any issues. 10/10 recommended for anyone who is applying for the first time but unsure about the process.
