Avoid EZVISA Dubai for US Visa Applications – My Experience (AED 1,500 Wasted)

Just wanted to share my experience in case anyone is considering using EZVISA in Dubai for a US visa application.

I paid AED 1,500 for their service because I had a time-sensitive situation. I told the consultant, Mr. Harpreet Singh, from the outset that I would be flying back to my home country within a few weeks and needed advice on the quickest and correct process.

I also explained that I already had a valid US transit visa and asked whether that would make applying for a US tourist visa easier or faster.

I was assured that my case would be straightforward, so I followed their advice.

Then, two days before my flight out of Dubai, the consultant stopped responding to my messages. Since I was running out of time, I contacted the US Embassy in Dubai directly.

The embassy informed me that the process I had been advised to follow was incorrect. In other words, I had paid for professional guidance but was given advice that the embassy itself said was the wrong process.

The most frustrating part wasn't just the incorrect advice—it was being left without support at the most critical stage of my application after paying for a premium service.

For anyone considering their services, I'd strongly recommend doing your own research and, if in doubt, contacting the US Embassy directly before relying on a visa consultant.

⛔⛔Warning to others: I had a very disappointing experience with EZ Visa. They put all false documents and insurance that Pakistani staff and named as max, davit English themselves.. that all dodgy make fool they will not pick your phone after refusing visa I lost confidence Based on my experience, I would not use this service again.❌❌

Giving 1 star because i cannot give below that.
First and foremost DO NOT get fooled by the reviews on their website. Clearly they have uploaded just the positive ones but in reality they are totally horrifying to say the least.
We applied for a visit visa to Canada thru Harpreet.
From start to finish there was no coordination.
He never answers his calls and eventually even stopped replying to WhatsApp messages.
We applied in Oct 2023 and ideally he should have given us login credentials which were not given despite several follow ups.
Each time i followed up i was just given a promise which was never fulfilled.
The visa too was rejected. Harpreet did not even the courtesy to call and communicate to me the outcome of the application and discuss any potential solutions to get the visa. So clearly they dont even care once they apply and submit the documents. You will need to chase them until u get lucky to get a reply from them. Totally unprofessional!!
Rather use someone else except them cause here u will pay and get nothing in return.

Very slow in response as per latest updated as on 12th sept 2023, no replies for messages nor phone answer.. also Visa applied from Ez visa for Canada got rejected saying missing things from application.. seems not proper articulated application by Ezvisa so application got rejected.. overall only one person answer all time and many times no answer from him..

There is no response from the given contact number and not a single reply from the same.
I am trying to reach them everyday but no response the service level is very poor and no consideration.

The fact that I didn’t need to worry about anything throughout the process is exactly what I was looking for.

Excellent and speedy service from EZVISAS.
I was in need of US business visa, which can normally be lengthy and need a lot of time, and decided to try using an agent. It was the best decision ever. Very easy and smooth visa application service
