Lead to believe this was an American firm ,it is not ,they are scammers don’t buy anything ,my item is still in the states 10days after ordering.the wording on the alleged tracking is not what we would say . Contacting my bank after 30 days to see what they can do .BE WARNED DONT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE

stay away ,scammers !!! over charge your payment method ,contacted them ,told me it was a system error , clearly had this problem for a while ,according to the reviews , dont expect the goods or refund anytime soon

My order appears to have come to a standstill, supposedly at UK customs, after 4 tracking up dates. I can't get a response from company, my payment went through 2nd Nov. Think it may be a scam

Wish I had read the reviews and trusted my instinct not to order from an Instagram advert.

Ordered an orb yesterday and was also overcharged using my debit card. Emailed them immediately to query it and did receive a response (which was I wasn't expecting to be honest!).

They have stated there is a problem with my order and that was it. I emailed back to say please cancel and refund immediately but this email keeps failing to send to them. I will be contacting my bank!

Flying Orbs!! This is surely a scam. I ordered 10 days ago and have emailed them several times receiving the same robotic reply every time. The tracking details on the original invoice state that the product (flying orbs) is stuck in USA. (The original advert stated they are in London). They sent another tracking link which states that the order is in China!!!
I wanted this for my grandson's birthday, which won't happen now.
Shameless scammers....makes my blood boil.

I like many others purchased 2 of these flying orbs in October only just received them! What a pile of rubbish from China! No proper instructions how to work them. - a tiny usb included which doesn’t even fit where it’s supposed to and I can’t find out how they work! I’m 76 and wanted them for a present for my 5 yr old grandson. I want to return them for a refund, does anyone know where to start with this one?

Never buy from this company. Took more than they should from my PayPal account. Took one month for them to arrive and when they did they were damaged due to very bad packaging and didn’t work. Said they came from America on tracking but clearly not an American company.

Been trying to get a refund but they will not play ball!

I purchased 2 flying orbs at the beginning of October, instead of debiting my account 17.98 they took 22.03 and I still haven't received them. All eleven tracking emails I have received show nothing. Out of desperation last week I instigated a fraud investigation with my bank and also emailed and demanded a refund ( address at the bottom of the original order confirmation email). Yesterday to my amazement the refund was in my account. I've given 1 star because of all the hassle and upset this company caused but I suppose I could have given 5 because at least I did get my money back.

Ordered flying orbs beginning of Oct,money taken out over charged.No delivery of toys. Why are they rated high on trust pilot.It’s a scam.

Never received my order just an email with a tracking number which has now vanished complained to them but that page vanished too

BEWARE Ordered flying orb spinners on 1st October. Overcharged on my credit card, no product arrived, no order acknowledgement. When I did get reply to my complaint was asked to send order number and tracking number so they could investigate. No such information provided. Seem to go around in circles.

Ordered hover balls for my Grandchildren on the 3rd October. No email received to acknowledge my order and it's now the 26th October and I don't think I am going to get them. Not been able to find any contact details.
I hope they burn in hell, bloody scammers

Total scam company which is being supported by PayPal. Order toys for the children and was immediately overcharged on my PayPal account...reported to PayPal they had no reply in resolution centre from company but just sent me a final judgement in favour of the scammers..... absolutely disgusted so much for buyers protection... protection for the low life's !!!

Ordered from what stated was a UK company...still.waiting on item 3 weeks on. Not worth the hassle!
Ordered on 7th Oct...now 18th Nov and still no sign of my order!

Never use this company , took extra money than they should have . The name of Journalisth came up on my credit card statement.Goggled this company as did the credit card company and it doesn’t exist. It is now being treated as fraud

i havnt recieved my order and by the look of things dont think i will wish i had seen all of this before ordered only did so as it said uk company

I have an other for extra off on next payment but haven't received first item yet, not holding my breath but was a christmas present so have time but don't think it will come

Had to put the item in the cart before I could find out the shipping fee. To dear to ship so I logged out. Email within 5 minutes to offer 25% discount so I went ahead. Paid through PayPal but charged stg 2.30 more than the order confirmation. Replied to the order confirmation and told them to cancel the order and refund my money, or I would escalate to PayPal. As per other replies got the bot reply but if you click on the relevant link that opens up re overcharge you get an instant response about a system error and the overcharge will be refunded in 3 to 7 days. Thought it sounded a bit familiar. Old email shows the same problem with the same company, although I did get refunded last time.
Company apparently in UK, only reason I ordered from Ireland, but goods ship from USA, and chat bot has a Chinese accent. The overcharge seems to be an automatic deliberate policy, and if you don't notice then they get away with it.

Avoid!!!!!! I don't even give them 1 *!!!! Overcharged for item, item not arrived, unable to contact, no refund!!! Wish I'd read reviews first - Expensive lesson learnt!!!!

BUYER BEWARE...
wish I had read this before. I also got overcharged by this company. Still waiting for the product. Having read these reviews it probably won't turn up. I doubt I will get a refund for the overcharge, of for the product if it never arrives.
