Overcharged and impossible to get any response from either online chat (robot) or email. Wish I had read reviews before ordering. Passed to my credit card company to deal due to lack of response.

Placed two orders the second one came pretty fast, and I'm still waiting for the first, 4months on!!!! Paid via klarna so they are looking into it as all the homeall company could say was it's in Manchester and wait....well now they don't reply and klarna are taking longer than 21days to get back to me as well!! I just want a refund now! Wish I had extended my payment date until I received it...stupid move on my part!!!! Stay away from this company is my advice people!!! Wish I'd googled them before I bothered to order as I'd have saved myself the 22 quid and stress!!

Yet again like others goods not received. Can only contact a robot.
Site needs taking down.

Disgusted overcharged me £5. Can’t get in touch. Just ignored. Don’t deal with these

Placed order, they took £7 more than they were meant to, via PayPal, and there seems to be no genuine way of communicating with them to sort it out.
Tried email/message 3 different avenues as suggested on their site and order email, each time got same automatic generic response.
I had no idea that I was dealing with a Stateside company and can only find reviews that make me feel concerned that I won’t get my order overcharged or not.

Item collected from post office this afternoon, the guy told me it had been delivered to them in a badly damaged state, packaging badly ripped and torn. When I got home realised how flimsy the packaging was, the entire contents were not adequately protected and were so badly damaged the product was broken and has been rendered completely useless. Immediately emailed company, received an auto response telling me to contact a link which proved to be a robot and the link wasn’t working properly. Cannot believe how badly packaged it was considering it was shipped from overseas (USA). Had I of known that the product was coming from abroad I wouldn’t have bothered ordering. I don’t hold out much hope of getting the full refund I’ve tried to ask for as only dealing with a robot ‘chat’ and an email address where you get an automated response. I can’t believe such a company can even still be in business - customer service appalling yet they still keep emailing me with new deals! I wish I’d read the reviews here before ordering from them, feel very gullible and ripped off right now.

Update - company have been emailing, even worse than I thought, product started journey in China which is where I suspect company is based, offered me £2 refund (doesn’t even cover P&P)

Have escalated this to PayPal - no satisfactory resolution with company so have now upgraded from dispute to a claim.

For info, the company name I ordered from Home-All.UK does not exist at Companies House so clearly the name is a ‘front’ for a different company.

Have nothing to do with this seller - clearly not a UK based company and they cannot even comprehend what they’re being told which is clear from their responses so that just makes it even harder to resolve issues or to have a meaningful conversation with them.

I placed an order on 07-09/07 2023. I have had no confirmation of order nor the order. There doesn't seem to be a Customer Service provided, therefore no wY of contacting the company. I will contact my bank that I have either been scammed by this "company" or the victim of fraud unless I have satisfactory communication within 7 days.

This company rips people off, if you cancel what you ordered within a short period of time they say it can’t be stopped so you have to have it delivered and then they make it so hard to ship back stay away from this company

Item was priced at £11.89 including shipping, they took £14.27 from my account.

Am currently awaiting a response from them.
