Very impressed with the whole process. We were new to the concept of home equity release and a bit daunted but Martyn was friendly, easy to talk to and explained everything well. He was on WhatsApp which was great for all those little questions and sending forms etc. We also went with them for Wills and Power of Attorney with Neil.
