Amanda at Access Equity Release arranged equity release for our house. She turned what can often be a complex and protracted process into a clear and straightforward one. She kept us informed (in language that we understand), and most importantly, handled everything for us. A proper white-glove financial service - highly recommended.

Dean Harrison, the company staff I worked with was very knowledgeable, understanding and professional throughout. Overall, the level of service was excellent!

We found Simon Naylor to be a very honest man, very dedicated and caring, as opposed to other companies we have tried in the past, who where cold towards us, not always truthful and never return messages, Simon was always available to us and very patient with our layman questions.
No question was too small for him to answer, and he slowly explained and repeated again if was needed, without losing his patience or getting upset.
He has a great sense of humour, very kind attitude, and he was always there for us as needed.

My Equity Release wasn't straightforward with problems over foam insulation in my property that Martin and Darren guided me through. The whole process took rather longer than I hoped but I was guided expertly through it to a conclusion.

Spoke to Dean about equity release, Dean gave me some great advice, explained everything very clearly about equity relese the pros and cons, there was no hard sell, in fact the opposite, after gathering my financial information and present circumstances Dean advised me that taking out equity release would not be beneficial to me at the present time, after he explained why i undrstood completely. He said in the future if i needed further advice i should not hesitate to contact him.
I felt as tnough i had been given very fair and comprehensive advice and would trust his advice in the future if ever needed.
