Wasted months of my time and fee's. They don't 3 ponts to close higher than anywhere. Closing takes months and there statement loans actually shows 10 percent of your income and appraisal fraction of actual value. They false advertise that t hey barrow up to 8p percent. Better terms and chances with any other bank. Also difrent person email you every time, no personal communication. Should be illegal

Our broker tried to get us a HELOC with their NFTY affiliate. This was a horrible mistake.

From the beginning, there were issues with how they computed our income, and our DTI ratio (certainly not 77.9%!), and how they treated us as prospective customers.

This company is very AI-driven, had no customer support, and is slow to respond to anything,

Simply stated, they are a nightmare. I wish my broker had known this before we wasted all of our time with them. Now, I have to start from the beginning.

People give Rocket Mortgage crap, but at least they were upfront with us about the work we had to do to get our loan. These people were not.

So we had a company we were using prior to help us close on our new home. We were referred to Homebridge and I can say a great difference. Lane Simmons was a huge part for us getting our home in the time we were able to get it. He explained everything to us, told us what was needed, and he always communicated everything that was happening. He even got us a better deal on our closing. I don’t think we would have got our home in time if not for him. Totally grateful and thankful. My new neighbor is moving soon and 1st person I thought of was him.

Chris Bartlett doesn't return phone calls and will cuss you out on the phone. He is incompetent and needs better training at customer service.

What a smooth process! I was referred to contact Gianni Cerretani and his team members. Immediately he answered my call in a very calming voice. I explained what I was interested in and he swung in action. Within the first week of my application I was prequalified and literally in a couple of weeks I had a projective closing date. His team made the process so easy and semi-smooth. I'm really not computer savvy and struggle signing documents through the different portals used, but Debbie Harrah stepped in to help making the process move in a timely manner. George is AWESOME!
George and his team worked day and night to get a very complicated loan approval and funding done on a very tight deadline. He was professional and helpful through the whole process. We sincerely appreciate his understanding of underwriters and the documentation needed to satisfy their requirements to keep the transaction from stalling.
