I had a major water leak in my basement that caused significant damage, and Abu and Areeb handled my claim exceptionally well. Their professionalism was outstanding—they took care of everything from start to finish, including all the paperwork, with seamless efficiency. Home Claims Assist also did a fantastic job in negotiating with the insurers to ensure that the settlement covered the full repair costs. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with their service and highly recommend their team for their dedication and expertise.

Abu and Areeb have been assisting my wife and I with loss assessor services following a fire at a rental property last May. The service we received has been absolutely fire class. Brilliant communication throughout and a very, very satisfactory settlement from a difficult inusrance company. A big thanks to Hill Mathieson.

Hill Matieson were able to provide satisfactory service with regards to handling our claim, obtaining justifiable LoR and also using their network of trades contractors to return our property to preloss condition.

So much work was carried out by Hill Mathieson on our behalf. They also settled and negotiated our insurance claim, then using the money prudently to install new kitchen, a new boiler and even obtaining LoR from insurers.

Once the work began they not only worked around me (allowing me to stay in the flat while the work was being completed) but worked quickly. They also replaced a lot more than what was damaged so I ended up with basically an entirely new flat that I am very happy with.

They dealt with my claim on my behalf to my satisfaction.

I recently had a burst pipe which flooded my home ruining all my belongings. I called my insurers who were very helpful telling me to fix the leak myself before they’ll even look at my claim. It was a terribly experience - but I was recommended the services of Hill Mathieson by a family member and they were great! They sent a plumber to correctly fix my leak, dried my property and handled all of the works including dealing with the insurance company loss adjuster. I have hesitation in recommending Hill Mathieson!

1. Appalling building site mismanagement that stretched far beyond expected timelines, accompanied by missing certifications.
2. Shockingly shoddy work quality, culminating in severe water infiltration issues.
3. A complete disregard for contractual obligations, including their failure to provide a gas certificate after boiler replacement and an absolute refusal to rectify water damage, despite a one-year work guarantee outlined in the contract.
Avoid Hill Mathieson Construction at all costs. Engaging with this company is akin to inviting disaster into your life. We cannot emphasize enough how devastating our experience has been. We'll provide an update on this review once the ongoing court case against this utterly unscrupulous company concludes
