Great product as described and very fast delivery.

Ciaran gave me great advice and listened to what I wanted from an espresso machine. He reassured me that the after sales support would be there. Even though I am a relative novice, he gave me good and honest guidance on the machine and grinder that I should invest in. I now have the Lelit Bianca, and my family and I are having a brilliant time tweaking aspects of puc preparation and all the rest of it. I recommend Home Coffee Machines highly because I will be in contact with them for years to come.

I purchased a Lelit Elizabeth coffee machine and a Eureka grinder. One of the reasons I chose them is because they also service and repair machines. You can see as well from their stock that they only sell well made and repairable equipment, and are competitively priced.

It's my second coffee machine - after 4 years with a Sage Barista which was, once it started having issues, was a pain to repair.

Their support is really good. I had a minor issue with the machine after a year of quite regular use that required a replacement ptfe tube. The repair needed was easy to DIY and home coffee machines were happy to send me out the needed tube. Had it needed a more involved fix though I am confident they would have been able to take the machine and get it back up and running for me.

Absolutely delighted with my purchase of the ECM Mechanika VI Slim from Home Coffee Machines. From browsing to delivery the whole experience was seamless. The machine arrived extremely well packaged and in perfect condition. My rancilio Silvia heating element blew on a Monday morning and I received the parts the very next day and repaired it that night. Also have almost every part you could want for rancilio Silvias and the other brands they stock. Incredible experience.

Ordered coffee beans from this company multiple times now, and their service and products are truly excellent so far. Delivery to the UK is very fast, usually within 2-3 days from purchase.

Great service and communication. Package delayed because of fuel protests but communication was brilliant and arrived promptly once blockades were lifted.

I purchased the Lelit Bianca which is an incredible and beautiful machine. I knew from a friend that ordered a coffee machine from Home Coffee Machines Lyd that the delivery was fairly quick. He got it in a couple of days.

Mine was on track for two days also but unfortunately, the delivery vendor mixed up my order with another delivery from a completely different company. I made one call to Home Coffee Company Ltd to make them aware. I spoke Angel in their office who advised this had never happened before. But the customer service from there to get the issue resolved with the delivery company was exceptional. I never had to make another call or chase by email. Angel provided daily updates by email and I knew that they were doing everything to get the coffee machine delivered as soon as possible.

Some people might leave a negative review after this experience. However this was once off but in this highly unlikely scenario, you couldn’t ask for a higher level of customer service. So thank you again Angel for the speedy resolution.

Support is second to none. Always quick to respond with detailed instructions and have given me the tools, literally and metaphorically, to fix minor issues with my machine with ease and at very little cost.
