Ordered coffee beans from this company multiple times now, and their service and products are truly excellent so far. Delivery to the UK is very fast, usually within 2-3 days from purchase.

Great service and communication. Package delayed because of fuel protests but communication was brilliant and arrived promptly once blockades were lifted.

Zero hassle - ordered it and the next day it was posted and then just needed for An Post to deliver it:)

Also got a lovely follow up email afterwards to see if all was ok.

I would highly recommend Home Coffee Machines Ltd and purchasing the Lelit Bianca.

I purchased the Lelit Bianca which is an incredible and beautiful machine. I knew from a friend that ordered a coffee machine from Home Coffee Machines Lyd that the delivery was fairly quick. He got it in a couple of days.

Mine was on track for two days also but unfortunately, the delivery vendor mixed up my order with another delivery from a completely different company. I made one call to Home Coffee Company Ltd to make them aware. I spoke Angel in their office who advised this had never happened before. But the customer service from there to get the issue resolved with the delivery company was exceptional. I never had to make another call or chase by email. Angel provided daily updates by email and I knew that they were doing everything to get the coffee machine delivered as soon as possible.

Some people might leave a negative review after this experience. However this was once off but in this highly unlikely scenario, you couldn’t ask for a higher level of customer service. So thank you again Angel for the speedy resolution.

Support is second to none. Always quick to respond with detailed instructions and have given me the tools, literally and metaphorically, to fix minor issues with my machine with ease and at very little cost.

I found all the replacements here for broken/damaged parts on my Rancilio machines, at reasonable prices. The part descriptions were helpful in making sure I had the right ones. Delivery to the UK was quick.

Super fast delivery of anti vac valve for my Marax which fixed a steam issue I have had with it since new (and which the original retailer was unable to resolve). Highly recommended.

Ciaran was helpful and transparent on my order and helped combine other items into 1 order, and also help steer me towards certain items that I should have for my espresso machine (descaling, cleaner, etc). Really great service. They were very quick at responding and they were able to recommend a fix for my coffee machine via email. I was able to do it myself and my coffee machine is working like new again. Would definitely recommend.

The time taken by both Ciaran and Anker( hopefully spelt his name right) on the day they were finishing up for Christmas was amazing. I had contacted them over email about my coffee machine, and told that unfortunately due to Xmas holidays they wouldn't be taking on any new machines for fixing. Totally understood and knew this would be the case for most. Asked if I placed an order on their shop could I collect it rather than hoping it would arrive on time. Phone rang, Ciaran on the other end, if I could make it out to the workshop by a certain time they'd go through it quickly and sell me the part.
30 mins later with a dismantled machine I landed and had a great chat talking through what I did to break it and what could be the issue.
Left the shop with a new PCB board to fit myself which I anticipated and some sound advice on fitting it.
90 mins work at home and got it back working.
These guys are excellent, knowledgeable, friendly and give real expectations.
Hopefully I won't need their services again but wouldn't hesitate to call on then again if needed.
