I contacted this company recently for the first time to repair our coffee machine. I found them very efficient and professional to deal with. They responded to telephone calls and emails very promptly and were very accommodating in resolving any issues which arose.

I cannot speak too highly of Home Coffee Machines. My ten year old Rancillo picked up from the door, north of the Island, returned repaired and refurbed to the same door without any hassle and in a remarkably short space of time. Diagnosis was prompt and any queries answered quickly with update emails regarding progress. Ciaran was most helpful. Cost I considered very reasonable.

Extremely quick delivery and most importantly the replacement worked straight away. They provided me with a video on how to replace the part myself saving my a large extra cost on installation costs. Will definitely use again. Thanks all

I live in the US and they noticed my shipping address and reached out promptly by email making sure I was aware I was buying a machine rated for 220v (not 120v) and offered to provide recommendations for appropriate converters! They were very helpful and prompt. I ended up canceling my order but was very impressed by the customer service

When things go well everyone looks good. When things go wrong you'll find out what a business is really about. My new coffee machine shipped with a fault. I contacted Home Coffee Machines, we did some video trouble shooting and couldn't resolve the problem, they shipped out a new one as replacement. I'll be using these guys for all my coffee hardware requirements.

I couldn’t fault Ciaran and Home Coffee- they were great to get back to me quickly. My Sage coffee machine is working perfectly and they made the whole experience very simple and straightforward. Would highly recommend.

I bought my new ECM machine from Home Coffee Machines and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Ciaran provided highly professional and responsive customer service; fielding my various queries, fitting my flow control for me etc. Delivery was quick and efficient and all items were packed very carefully and securely. After my machine arrived Ciaran was also very responsive in answering my follow up queries, including taking the time to talk me through calibrating the flow control device on the phone. Home Coffee Machines provide an all round excellent customer experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

Was looking for a Bianca v3 and came across this company who were selling it cheaper than elsewhere. I was abit hesitant as a person should be but I checked out Trustpilot and Reddit to check if they were legit.

After being confident with their legitimacy I made my purchase. The shipping was quick and packaged extremely securely. I also received great communication from Ciaran.

I ordered a Lelit Elizabeth espresso machine in the evening and it was shipped at 9.10am the next morning! Got it in 2 days with great tracking info and even got a few free bags of coffee in the box so many thanks to Ciaran, loving the new machine.

Ordering this new machine was a big deal for me so I'm very pleased I purchased it through Home Coffee Machines - website info was good, as was price and availability - felt I had excellent and personal customer service from Ciaran, accurate delivery information and even the UPS delivery driver was happy :)

I did my research, including service and price and then rang Ciaran in Home Coffee Machines. He was knowledgeable, helpful and simply allowed me to choose the machine I wanted, offering pros and cons. He then shipped the machine same day I paid and it is super. I wish all customer service was this high standard. The machine is fantastic and his coffee is now our preferred coffee beans also.

Really special customer service and a great coffee machine setup. I bought a Profitec machine and grinder. Ciaran really took the time to answer any questions we had, and even followed up (unprompted) afterwards to check in that we were getting on OK. So now we have coffee that tastes a big step up from the last machine, and we're happy if ever we do have questions, we can go back for help.

So I have had the ECM V Profi PID with flow control now for 2 weeks. This is a serious step up from the Gaggia Classic which I ran for 14 years. With impeccable build quality, the ECM is a statement piece as well as making great coffee from the first shot. After Ciaran answered a few questions, the order arrived 3 days later. Process was quick, efficient and painless. Great discount too. If I had have been quicker off the mark, another €100 off for the taking. As I mentioned, I opted for the flow control. This was fitted prior to shipping. After running some tests, it seemed that with with flow lever in the off position, there was still 5g/s of flow. This was quickly remedied by repositioning of the flow lever for zero flow position. Flow rate tracked well after this and compared with other results online. A slight niggle when the brew switch is open in that there is a vibration of the hinged lid covering the water tank making the machine sound louder than it should be. Yet to figure out what to do about this. Overall, a fantastic machine backed up with great service. Only problem now is my Rancilio Rocky may need a serious upgrade too.
