Once again, Howard has done an amazing job. I bought a refurbished computer from him and it had an issue with the graphics cards and he just replaced the card with a brand new one, no questions asked. Such awesome support. Thanks Howard!

Howard answered the phone straightway. Said bring computer down to him. When I got there he said see if we can fix on the spot. Cottoned on to problem quickly and fixed it for a very reasonable fee. Also helped me reorganise my storage over phone so computer works much faster. Phenomenal service with amazing skills and lateral thinking.

Howard was amazing. He gave me directions on the phone first to see if I could fix it myself so I didn't have to book a session. But I couldn't our session was most rewarding. He is flexible, creative and was able to fix the problem while explaining to me what he was doing. He was considerate of my needs and questions. Howard has done a great job rebuilding my computer in less than 24 hours, sorting out the cable management and helping me add more flair to my pc. He's a great guy and explains everything thoroughly and has very fair pricing considering all the services he offers.

Computer needed to be "cleaned" after my responding to a scam email and report had to be sent to my bank to re-instate my netbanking use. Howard absolutely knew what to look for and acted immediately to resolve my issues. Highly Recommend !!!

Called Howard to book my laptop in to get fixed. He was more than happy to run through a few tricks on the phone for free to try and fix the problem. No luck so dropped it off only to find out it had fixed itself. I wasn’t charged a cent. Super service thank you so much. Will definitely contact him again.
