Before sending this review I emailed the company about these issues, twice. I've had no response at all. I'm therefore having to reorder elsewhere, and will keep pushing for a refund.
I recommend that you do not use this supplier.

Julia, since this review, weâve emailed you several times with resolution options â including a full refund if you'd prefer to return the items you had issues with, or a partial refund if you'd like to keep them.
While the issue wasnât caused by a fault on our end, we still wanted to help and provide a fair resolution. Unfortunately, we havenât had any response to our follow-up emails â weâre not sure if the messages have gone astray again, but our inbox remains open and weâd still love the opportunity to put things right if we can.
