Firstly even 1 star is too much for you

I had a very disappointing experience with Homedone and would strongly advise others to be cautious.
From the start, the service was extremely unprofessional. This was an online order, and the entire process—from purchase to aftercare—was handled poorly.

I purchased a wardrobe from them for around £600, only to find that it arrived with missing and broken parts. When I contacted them to resolve the issue, they refused to provide a full refund and instead told me they would only take the item back if I paid £179, which I found completely unreasonable.

After going back and forth with them multiple times without a proper resolution, I had no choice but to take the matter to small claims court. Even then, they continued to make unacceptable offers, initially saying they would only refund £400. I made it clear that I would continue with legal action unless I received the full amount. Eventually, they did return my money in full.

Overall, this was a stressful and frustrating experience. The lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and unwillingness to resolve a clear issue properly made the whole situation far more difficult than it needed to be.
I would not recommend HomeZone. Dealing with them may only lead to unnecessary hassle and problems.

Delivery time was excellent such a shock when the items turned up so speedy, fantastic the items were both brilliant packed with such care and not over done with to much waste ,will certainly be ordering goods from this site again, really pleased with the lamp and shelf good quality products, the lamp is amazing so,so unusual great talking point .

Asked them to delay delivery when ordering and subsequent telephone. Despatched irrespective of email and calls. Delivery company also ignored telephone and email correspondence to intercept. Goods were returned from carrier. No notification of reorder fortunately I was able to speak to delivery driver.
Otherwise happy with price and product.

The item doesn't match the photo on the website. I raised the issue with the customer service team and attached photos as proof, however the customer service member of staff is saying that I'm wrong and the item received is exactly the same.

I love my enclosure. It was easy to install there was no broken or damaged pieces, definitely worth the value

This was delivered yesterday and the quality is good, however the size of the product is not what we expected the advertising picture is deceiving as it has nothing to relate to size wise

The 4 meter 'Sunny'Polytunnel frame 25mm was very good Quality yet a difficult job to use the bolts& nuts to complete instead of the normal slot in,push fit .
The Sunny Polytunnel COVER was Appalling Quality and not to the standard to which we expect at this high end price.
*Had barley 3" of skirting to tuck under the bottom edges under soil ( A crucial element)
* Had only corner ties ,middle is misshapen/baggy .
* Only one Door ( even cheaper versions have two )
* With the Quality Framework the Cover dosent pair with at all , Very Disappointed!
Update 24 March .26.
One and only door is so stressed the zips will not close ,It is Obvious to me Home Done have paired this Sunny 25mm frame from a 15mm cheaper version Cover .
What should be a very pleasant satisfying project,to grow one's own vegetables......turned into a Nightmare !
I wish to have a full refund from Sunny-Home Done ,We are Heartbroken 💔 🥦🥬🥒🫑🫜

Good communications delivery on day advised

Everything they said in their emails to me was true. I also emailed customer service about a query in had. They responded very quick and were friendly and helpful. I could track my order and also had a phone call when they were on their way. The delivery was quick and friendly also. All in all a good decent company I found.

Ordered a shed off them still no sign ,Company they use for delivery cant get through to ( XDP) no customer service communications what so ever off homedome.update!they just been in contact and assured me it be here in next 24/48 hrs
