Did not wait too long in waiting for my blinds to be fitted very pleased with the service .

We've had superb service and customer care throughout our dealings with Homefair. This started in their showroom where the assistant was most helpful and explained the differing types of blind available highlighting both pro's & con's of each style. This continued at home with the measuring up and then subsequently when the blinds were fitted by the same gentleman who was very polite, chatty and professional throughout. Thank you one and all.

Outstanding Venetian blinds, top quality at very reasonable price. Bit of an issue booking the fitting, no one turned up as I was accidentally booked on wrong system (IT issues) however once booked for following week, Ahmad arrived and did a superb job, measuring and explaining options, no pressure, just explained how we move to order if that’s what we want. Ahmed came 4 weeks later, did an amazing job fitting the blinds which are top quality, really well fitted (In a tricky old house) was super professional and took all the packaging after showing us how the blinds work.

From the initial appointment through to the fitting, was a quick and easy process. A wide range to chose from and helpful advice given. This is the third time I have used this company since moving house and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Fabulous service from start to finish , very helpful gentleman, Phil, showed me the difference between the blinds explained everything , I have been with Homefair for over 26 years and would not go anywhere else 5 star review !!

I have always had Homefair blinds and been very happy with them but although the service was good it does really annoy me that you don’t get a text until the day of delivery as to when they are coming, I’m sure this used to be the night before. This time the end of the blind was left showing the wood colour whereas previously it was painted white the same colour as the blind so it looks unfinished. But overall the service is good.

Kruz the fitter was excellent , gave very good advice and very professional. This is the second time we have used Homefair Blinds and Shutters over the last twenty years.

I wasn’t home when my blinds were fitted but they have done an excellent job. Highly recommend

I would never recommend this company ever.
My 80 year old mum ordered a roller blind which was expensive for her , they got the order wrong and literally called her a liar when she said that was not the blind she ordered.
They will not resolve the issue or refund.
Numerous calls by me to be told it’s tough no refund , was told the rep would not get it wrong, but he obviously did and in the process causing my mum unnecessary stress, do not shop with this company.
