Luke arrived and got straight on with the job. It was a stubborn blockage and tricky pipes but was cleared within 2 hours. He was friendly and polite and cleaned up well after. Was very happy with the service overall.

Totally incompetent. Charged me £144 for work on my Aquillisa shower they were not competent to carry out. I complained and they said they could come out
again. I declined.
Just look at the Trust Pilot ratings before you employ this company. I wish I had. An expensive lesson.
The kitchen sink needed to be unblocked at my rented flat. I requested a quote for the job and sent a photo also. They quoted me 100 plus vat if more time and work needed to be done, they would give me a call to tell me the total cost. When the engineer was on site he called me stating there was a accessibility issue and the pipe had a leak, which would take around 4 hours to fix. They gave me a discounted rate 90 plus vat per hour and said it is the total cost. My understanding is that £432 would be the total cost. I agreed to pay this money however when I found out they charged me another £432, I spoke to them they then said the total cost was £552. My tenant told me the engineer only worked for one hour on site. I made a complaint and requested the return of £120 which I haven't had a reply.
The staff are really violent with no regard for safety to the public, they tried to run over a YouTuber just making a simple video of the site . You can watch this on YouTube , and then make your own mind up about this company. ?

Came for a service. Condemned our boiler, no attempt to remedy the alleged issue. Left us without heat or hot water and then wanted to charge £1500 more than other companies to replace it with an inferior make - charlatans!
Ordered four bottles, three arrived. Contacted seller, provided photos of damaged box, phot of three bottles in plastic bag. Tracking information stated box had been damaged and had been repacked. Response by seller - radio silence. Don't use, short deliver and then refuse to address and hope you go away. Not my fault their box was damaged in transit.
Ordered some creocote through their website, used the “Chat” function to ask about delivery timescales, he asked for my order number and said he would ensure that the warehouse dispatched it speedily. Arrived first thing the next morning! Excellent service.
I ordered and payed for two lots of items but I only ended up with only one of the items, I emailed them but still waiting for reply since Monday .

I've used Homefix.co.uk on multiple occasions over the past few weeks. Without exception items have been in stock, shipped the same day (twice for orders placed after 3pm) and in my hands the next day. You can't beat that and prices are lower than my previous supplier.
We ordered Sika FastFix All Weather: 15KG Buff - SKFFIXBF15 on 23rd July and we have still not received the goods (9th Aug). We emailed them on numerous occasions and no-one has come back to us. Poor customer service. Their landline is always busy and can't get through. Not sure if we will ever receive our goods which HomeFix is happy to take our money!!!. Extremely unhappy customer.
21st August- Homefix has contacted me and looked in to the issue and has provide me with a refund.

i ordered a 5" harris tanking brush from homefix what arrived on my door step was an ordinary 6" cheap brush i have tried to ring no answer i have sent emails no reply, please do not deal with this company.

Ordered some patio grout with 7-10 day delivery. Needed it sooner than this so emailed. Had response within 30 mins and then a phone call From Gareth who quickly suggested an alternative for next day delivery. Arrived exactly when he said it would. Would highly recommend this company as they are very competitively priced and very helpful! Would not hesitate to use again. Thank you all at HomeFix!
Ordered 2 x 5lts Sika Cement and Patio Cleaner at 10.50am on the 13th and it was delivered at 12.15pm on the 14th. Yorkshire to Wiltshire, excellent service and much cheaper than local DIY shops.
Similar experience to post below. Ordered some adhesive, paid for next day delivery as needed for job that week. Took 8 days to arrive, despite cancelling the order twice after 5 days. Useless to me by that stage. Multiple attempts to contact the sellers for refund met with silence. Avoid this company
I ordered some damp proofing materials after first checking this company's statement on business as usual and delivery promises through the Covid pandemic. Happily paid the premium next day delivery.
A polite enquiry on the failed delivery met with a turgid reply with no indication of when to expect delivery. Asked for a refund.
Met with "f>@k#ig pr~#k", "people are dying" and he wants a refund?
"doesn't he know there's a pandemic?".
Actually I do there's a pandemic, I have a day off from my normal duties supporting front line staff in the NHS.
I don't know much about this company, but why make promises (and profiteer out of situations) and be so rude to reasonable enquiries from customers trying to get on with life. Citing Covid-19 to me is objectionable.
Nick and Gareth; you are the objectionable face of an unethical company. Keep to what you know best, which is probably not a lot
