Very well located & spacious
Last September, my husband, my son (19) and I spent 10 days in London at the Rabbit Row flat, which I very much recommend for a family holiday. It is set up on three floors, with two very spacious bedrooms, with very confortable king size beds and each one has an immaculate en-suite. It is only three minutes by foot to the nearest tube station (Nottinghill Gate). It is aurrounded by shops and restaurants. Kensington Gardens are also very close. Homefromhome provided a very good service, from the very first email I send to them. We were picked up at Heathrow by taxi and then collected at the end of our stay to be driven to the railway station. A major plus when you have lots of luggage. I will certainly use their services again!

I have always had great service etc. from Home from Home. Unlike Air bnb who rent properties that do not exist and will not refund your money. I will use Home from Home again whenever I can manage to get back to my favourite place- London.

Home From Home worked very hard to please us.
Home From Home worked very hard to remedy a situation when our previous reservation was cancelled by an owner. They moved us to the new location without extra cost. The house was comfortable and elegant on a quiet street in Chelsea. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Indeed Home away from home
from start to finish, a seamless operation. Very helpful staff who worked with me to select the perfect "home" whilst in London. And it was. I would suggest a less "crusty" taxi/driver, but I would definitely use them again when I go back.

We loved having two en-suites
We loved having two en-suites! Baths state of the art. Please add one amenity to guest book:
A mini Tesco is across the street. Perfect for last-minute items! And day of arrival. A decent selection
of wines and spirits along with staples,treats. This a quiet location, convenient to all Kings
Road shopping and restaurants.

A good location and accommodation with some caveats
A good location and accommodation. The refrigerator needed a good wipe down as it smelled.
I would NOT recommend using the company's taxi service as the charge is three times the rate on the street.

We will make sure that the refridgerator is inspected thoroughly for any future rentals, apologies for the inconvenience caused.
The taxi fares are fixed and therefore can have differences compared to the running fare meters of the black cabs on the street. We have used Cyril's taxis for nearly 30 years now and it is useful for both us and our customers to use the same familiar drivers, who can also hand over and collect the property keys.

Great location
Great location, clean apartment, good size. Very responsive folks. They were always available on email or phone. Only issue we had was with the taxi Driver who was late and billed us for over time blaming flight delay, even though I was in touch with him over whatsapp.

Impressive service and attention to detail
They provided concierge service that you don't get through a traditional online service. They helped find a flat that met all my specifications. Something broke in our flat and they sent someone over to repair it immediately. I was able to use their offices to have a package shipped in advance. They followed up and and were responsive at every turn. Highly recommended and very nice professional people.

Queens Gate - great location, lovely apartment
Good service, helpful staff. The apartment at Queens Gate is in perfect location, bus stop right in front of the building, 2 tube stations in walking distance.
The property is typically London, loved it, although I stayed during part of the big summer heat!
A perfect way to enjoy a bit of the London way of life!

A beautiful location but inadequate bedding and miserly toiletries and kitchen supplies. Welcome pack was ok but not what other houses provided during our stay in the UK.
