Very pleased we used Home from Home. Their level of personal interaction enabled us to find the right house in London. There is also a peace-of-mind you don't get with the likes of Airbnb where late cancellations are an all to common complaint.

The staff at Home from Home are very pleasant and easy to work with during the booking process and have always been extremely prompt about providing any help needed during my stays in their flats. I’ve stayed in many Home from Home flats. All have been located in wonderful neighborhoods, very well appointed, clean and well cared for.

Everyone working with home from home was patient and helpful. The flat was lovely!

The accomodation was fine , albeit expensive, but I think there could be some improvements for Home from Home:
- there are some issues with paying by debit card. some payments were accepted one was not - after which I received a rather unfriendly email
- they require a deposit which is refunded about 10 days after departure
- i recieved an email after our stay semi-accusing us of damage. when I rebutted they told me by reply that's okay the owner says the damage was there already !

Home from Home is our perfect partner for short quality stays in London. I’ve used them for two years running and wouldn’t try anyone else. The quality of the properties is top notch. But it is the total service from Home from Home that makes the difference. From the booking and selection process through welcome and access. All is professionally executed. Property issues are dealt with promptly and discretely. We can’t wait to return! For us there is only one choice of short-stay partner in London for us; Home from Home. I have sent huge document with list of problems directly to Home from Home. They did respond to every call for help but that flat with non working appliances a totally unacceptable bed and many other problems should never have been on the market. Unless Home from Home responds to our complaints we will obviously never use again and will bad mouth to every contact we have.

The communication with all the members of the staff Sandra , Lia , Jayree was excellent . They answered all my queries right away . It was very good to receive a pickup at the airport when we arrived . The house was very comfortable and spacious for our family of 5 and there were several appliances to make our life easier amd to make us feel like we were at home . I would definitely recommend renting their appartments .

We rented a flat for seven days, costing $400/night. There was a lot of noise at night, sometimes to 2 a.m. We sent various comments on the flat to Home from Home, but they never responded. Also, we had to send a reminder, three weeks after we got home, to have our security deposit refunded.

professional, helpful and responsive - with an excellent range of properties to choose from. I found the key collection/ drop off worked well and when a problem occurred they fixed it on the day. The flat I rented was exactly as described and perfect for my needs. I have recommended this company to friends already.

This company was very professional in their dealings with us both during the booking process and during our sta6. They always answered our emails In a timely manner, and were friendly and responded to our questions clearly . During our stay, they were also very responsive when we contacted them about a minor issue, and are easy to get a hold of. The driver they sent from the airport worked out very well, and he made it easier to check in , by carrying our heaviest bags, showing us around the apartment, and answering questions. The apartment was just as presented on the website. It was in a good location and was very comfortable. I would recommend booking with Home from Home to anyone.

Home from Home has a nice selection of flats in good locations. They responded quickly to any difficulties we had.

My almost 2 year experience with Home From Home during stay in London was superb. Great prompt, professional and courteous service from entire HFH team. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for short/long term furnished/serviced property around central London.

As always, Home From Home provided the most brilliant and reliable service- utterly professional and extremely reliable, friendly, helpful and responsive. I have utilised their services for some 7-8 years now and can highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality apartment for short-term rental in London.

Simple, professional service to use. Found one of their London apts on AirBnB after scouring hundreds of apts that fit our filtering criteria. Inexpensive and reliable pickup and delivery is their coup de grace. We’ve spent about 8 months in the UK during the past two years, and in future I’ll check their site before AirBnB to save the dozens of hours it’s taken me to find a perfect place at a good value through AirBnB. Their welcome kits are a bit ratty, but this was the only negative thing I could think of.

We have always been extremely happy dealing with Home from Home when we’re in London. Very friendly and accommodating (pun intended) at all stages, from the start of the booking process to the end of our visits. I’d recommend them without hesitation.

Home from Home met all my expectations during a recent visit to London with my Granddaughter.
I wanted to show her the side of the city I had known growing up, especially during the magical Christmas season.

The flat at 6 Berkeley Gardens was ideally situated between Kensington High Street and NottingHill, a stone's throw from the Museums, shops, Albert Hall, Gardens plus the buses and tube to everywhere else were just minutes away.
The facilities and space in the flat were exactly as presented on the HfH site, comfortable, well furnished and provisioned to meet all our needs, we really did feel at home!
All dealings with the company were conducted smoothly and efficiently, and taking advantage of their airport taxi service enhanced our arrival and departure arrangements. We always found everyone at the company polite, pleasant and efficient, really a five star experience.
I look forward to my next visit to the greatest City in the world with Home from Home and will certainly recommend their services to family and friends.
