Stairlift - excellent service from start to finish. We are delighted with the installation.

The process of buying and installation was conducted smoothly and efficiently. Julie Kirk visited to see the installation site and present a quotation; very professional. We agreed to purchase, paid the deposit and within a few days installation was in hand. The installation engineer, Ellory (hope I have his name correct) turned up early and within 2 Hours we had a smart working stair lift. Ellory is a highly professional installation engineer and left the site in spotless condition. Highly recommended.

They were the second ones to visit us and we decided to go with them because they were nearly £1000 cheaper than the first one but we had to wait a little longer for them to install it. Installed within 2hrs left it clean and tidy very efficient and pleasant.

No fuss or bother. The first price quoted was the best price. Another company matched it in the end after numerous nuisance calls and pressure selling.
Very easy and respectful quotation, speedy delivery and quick tidy installation.

I had 4 quotes from different companies on fitting a stairlift. Homelife's quote was the lowest There warranty and service was a good if not better than the other companies. After placing the order was placed the it was fitted 9 days later. It was a bank holiday week end. The installation took about 2 hours. We have had it for just over 2 weeks and are very pleased with it.

I’ve ordered a straight stairlift from Homelife Stairlifts today. It will take a few days from now to install so this review is not about the performance of the product. Rather it is about the courtesy and professionalism of the staff.
I live in the south west of England and it was Jason who came out to measure for my new stairlift. He was absolutely excellent. Highly professional, totally understanding of my needs, extremely helpful and very empathic. He gave me a lot of his time, whilst not outstaying his welcome. I was very impressed by him and because he went the extra miles for me I decided to purchase my stairlift from Homelife.
Choosing a stair lift it’s not the easiest thing to do. Many companies have products which on the surface are similar but the way Jason presented the team at Homelife swayed my judgment. He emphasised they were a caring company who wanted to build up their business by offering excellent quality and service to their customers. This is exactly the type of company I like to deal with.
Once again on placing the order directly with the company I was treated with nothing but courtesy and helpfulness by the staff, especially Ethan who I had several conversations with.
If the product is half as good as the people who are representing the company then I’ll be more than happy for years to come.
If it’s not I’ll have to post a product review and eat humble pie, but I am happy with the decision I’ve made to trust to Homelife’s care and I’m sure they will look after me well over the years.

Homelife stairlifts was the first company to get in touch with me(15mins) when I posted my need for a lift on a stairlift comparison site. That afternoon,I had a very nice gentleman visit me, who talked me through what the instalation would be like. He was able, with the help of office and computer staff at head office to measure and advise where the lift should be placed (right or left of stairs). A fair price was quoted for the work and the offer was accepted. I wish I had decided to get a lift years ago. The instalation was done by the promised time, quickly with no mess at all by a friendly technician. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs help with stairs

My purchase of a stairlft for my victorian terraced house in Tywyn west Wales was made very easy by Homelfe Stairlfts . Despite the surveyor being indisposed on the appointed day, Chris Manning head of Direct Sales was able to remotely carry out the survey with the aid of online photos and measurements provided by myself..The Bespoke Stairlifts installation engineer was very efficient and tidy and genuinely careful to ensure that I was confident and comfortable in using the stairlift before he left . Thank you Homelife Stairlifts , my life is now much easier and more comfortable.

From start to finish everything went well people that came where very nice but professional friendly nothing was to much trouble our stairlift was one that was curved it fitted perfectly my wife is very very happy she wouldn't be at home without it fitting time was as stated 10out 10 thanks homelife

Ours was a straight staircase installation. I provided photos and measurements by email. The order was placed and the lift delivered and installed the following week. There were no problems with the installation which was completed in around 3 hours. The installer did not work directly for HomeLife but his company regularly installs their lifts.
The lift has been installed for a month now and is used several times a day by my wife.
It is easy for her to use and she now couldn’t do without it.
All positive for us.

Really couldn't recommend this company enough, acting on behalf of my Nan and Grandad I asked if a consultation could be arranged, within 5 days craig from Sales came to see myself and my grandparents at their house and instantly made them feel relaxed and informed with a no pressure approach. My Nan and Grandad were amazed at the price as well which was half what they were expecting. The quality and ease of the stair is lift is simply faultless and my Nan and Grandad love it, also for me it has given me massive peace of mind to know they have it and are no longer crawling / hobbling upstairs. Could not give enough praise to this company and their product, from day one absolutely flawless. Special mention to Craig as well top man with an impeccable knowledge of the product and approach to the job.

Good communication. Fast and efficient installation within a few days of the order. A very competitive price and a home manufactured product. Bit of a no brainer really. Highly recommended.

Shopped around for a stair lift for my mother. I have to say I can't fault this company. Great people to deal with, the salesman was excellent, no pressure at all and the price was right.
Good product, good people, good company. I highly recommend them. If you need a stair lift give them a call.

First of all l wanted an idea of price. After looking on various sites selling chairlifts, not one had any price at all that l could compare. The next day l was bombarded with phone calls/emails. I contacted Home life Stairlifts, explained what l was after and finished the phone call with an estimate and an appointment for a guy to come, who was extremely polite and pleasant, he measured the stairs and measured me (width and height when sitting), phoned his boss, gave him the measurements and l got a price there and then. Later they rang and made an appointment for the installation. The fitter was on time and it took 2.30 hours to fit and from phone call to installation took less than 5 working days. Suffering with COPD l am kicking myself for not having one sooner - LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT. Getting ancient and needing help with my disability, the Doctor arranged for a Social worker to come and assess the situation. I could have waited 7 months backlog for a department attached to the Council and they would pay. After already falling downstairs and breaking my ankle, l figured l could fall and break my neck waiting 7 months‼️ A week later the Social worker phoned me to ask if the people she contacted had been in touch. I explained l had bought me an alarm l can press if l fall and had paid myself for a chairlift as I did not intend to wait 7 months. When l told her how much it cost she was absolutely flabbergasted at the price l paid - more than half of what the Council pay for one to be fitted (we now know why our Councils are short of money‼️) Give this Company a ring and speak to Lee (a credit to his Company) and you will be enquiring for details of a Chairlift that is UK manufactured. I hope this review gives you the confidence to telephone them and l guarantee you will not be fleeced, and have a well made chairlift, easy to use, remote controls, comfortable and will be very satisfied.

I was contacted by Home Life after using a stairlift comparison website, and had booked a few consultations. Paul contacted me really quickly, and sent a text too so I knew I was going to be taking a call from a reputable company. We were able to book in for a consultation that same week on a convenient day. Craig, who came to the house, was friendly and chatty, he listened to my needs around stair lifts and seemed genuinely empathetic towards my medical needs. He was knowledgeable and informative, and was able to answer all of our questions with technical assistance. He was also able to help us a lot with beating a quote from another company. The fitting was completed the next week, and we were able to use the lift straight away. Having the stair lift has made a huge difference to my independence levels and made it so much easier to exist.
One positive side note was that this was the only company to use models clearly under 60 - I am physically disabled at 30 and so often I don’t see myself represented in advertising.
