I was contacted by Home Life after using a stairlift comparison website, and had booked a few consultations. Paul contacted me really quickly, and sent a text too so I knew I was going to be taking a call from a reputable company. We were able to book in for a consultation that same week on a convenient day. Craig, who came to the house, was friendly and chatty, he listened to my needs around stair lifts and seemed genuinely empathetic towards my medical needs. He was knowledgeable and informative, and was able to answer all of our questions with technical assistance. He was also able to help us a lot with beating a quote from another company. The fitting was completed the next week, and we were able to use the lift straight away. Having the stair lift has made a huge difference to my independence levels and made it so much easier to exist.
One positive side note was that this was the only company to use models clearly under 60 - I am physically disabled at 30 and so often I don’t see myself represented in advertising.

After a miserable experience with another stairlift company, it was a relief to find Bespoke. Good communications with the company before and after the installation and polite and effective installers who arrived on the arranged date and completed the job that day. Highly recommended.

The team at Homelife Stairlifts really went the extra mile to ensure we had a stairlift designed and fitted in a short period of time. They followed up quickly on all queries and always remained friendly and positive when communicating via email or on the phone. I was very impressed with their willingness to readjust their schedules to accommodate our requests. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

I was impressed with the engineering quality of this product and feel we made a good choice. It was only installed two weeks ago but has already made a big difference for my wife. No more struggling up the stairs and the risk of falling. Based on our experience so far I would recommend this product.

We got few quotes on line and over the phone but Homelife Stairlifts stood out with details on the specifications and also British made which is a personal preference. We were given an approx amount over the phone and actual free physical inspection took place followed by quotation at the same time, we agreed and the installation date was decided instantly as well, the installation engineer was on time and installed the stairlift perfectly, My uncle uses it regularly and it is great product giving him much needed independence. Great company, great people, absolutely awesome.

Craig the technical rep was spot on, nice bloke and knew what he was doing.
The 2 fitters were polite and worked quickly and where out of the house in 2 hours leaving the place clean.

I really appreciated the customer care, support and empathy that Lee Walker provided. I had visits from other companies and their representatives but I felt Lee was more genuine.

We got a small no of quotes. Homelife scored well on technical, aesthetics, delivery lead time, warranty/ maintenance and price aspects. The surveyor even recommended a straight lift rather than curved top. Homelife communicated fully with us throughout the whole process. We are very satisfied with the stairlift and would be happy to recommend Homelife to any enquirer.

Thoroughly recommend. Homelife fitted a custom curved stairlift in a very narrow and steep set of stairs in my mother-in-law's house, and did a fantastic job of it. It's made a huge difference to her life and she appreciated the professional approach, fast response and overall experience.

From initial survey to complete installation complete professionism was the order of the day. Fitted in less than two hours was amazing. I can recommend Home life with total confidence.

Fitted quickly and the engineer was brilliant, explained it well and it was a perfect neat job. All mess cleared away. This has made a huge difference to my mum's daily life.

We had our stair lift fitted on the 3rd of May.The engineer was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me.The stairs and hallway was spotless when he had finished.

In June 2023, Bespoke Direct Stairlifts ‘rebranded’ itself as Homelife Stairlifts. If you want to know what to expect from this new company, I would suggest you go to TrustPilot and type in ‘Bespoke Stairlifts’, then see what comes up. The two organisations are one and the same.

Installation was excellent and I recently had to contact them and they solved my problem very quickly and also showed good knowledge
