Following my visit yesterday, to Homematas in Bamber Bridge Preston in my search for a single tile, to use as a splasback, I had a fantastic experience at Homematas, thanks to Joe’s outstanding customer service. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Joe went above and beyond to assist us with my tile selection, offering honest advice without any pressure.

What really stood out was his generosity—he even gave me a free tile to take home and test in our space, which made all the difference in our decision-making. That small gesture showed he truly cares about the customer experience, not just making a sale.

Joe’s professionalism and kindness made my visit smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend asking for him if you're visiting Homematas—he’s a great example of what excellent service should look like, and an asset to your business.

Morgan and Joe in the showroom were very helpful and patient with us, from the start till the finish. The installation of our new bathroom was prompt and professional but at the same time friendly, Kirt and Phillip kept us updated on everything that was happening day by day and the workmanship from them both is exceptional.

We visited a few kitchen showrooms but none were able to supply and fit a kitchen, flooring and tiles. A family member recommended Homematas so we gave them a try.
We can honestly say they were excellent from start to finish. Really helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. Great quality kitchen, appliances etc.,
Joe arrived on due day and worked really hard to give us the kitchen of our dreams.

We had our ensuite bathroom renovated by Homematas. We were very happy with the service from start to finish. Joe in the showroom was very knowledgeable and helped us to decide what we needed. The work was done quickly, cleanly and to a very high standard. The team were very professional and friendly and worked tirelessly. We would definitely use Homematas again.

This was my first visit to Homematas while looking for bathroom tiles. I was pleasantly surprised at the range and prices available. We chose wall and floor tiles and these were readily available from stock. I also ordered non-stock tile edging and, when it transpired that I'd got the wrong size, they quickly replaced it without any fuss.

On our tilers advice I ordered an additional box of each tile. Morgan worked hard to ensure that the additional tiles were from the same batch so they would match the existing tiles. When the bathroom was finished, however, and we had two full boxes left, Joe organised a credit quickly and easily.

I would recommend Homematas in an heartbeat. Thank you for providing great products and fantastic customer service !

Had a new bathroom fitted. Came and viewed the work.
Costed the job and showed us a digital plan of proposed work. Selected fixtures and fittings at company office. Agreed start date. All employees very helpful, polite, and trustworthy. We could not fault any of the work done. Everything top class, and would certainly use this firm again for other work.

My wife’s medical condition required our bathroom to be converted into a shower room and following a recommendation from a friend we went to Homematas. They turned out to be the most professional and trustworthy supplier we have ever used. The advice they gave and the materials supplied have been first class. We would have no reservations about recommending them to anyone.

They have gone the extra mile to ensure that we have the special tiles that we want for our new house and their tiler very professional and patient with us. We fully recommend Homematas.

Excellent customer service from Joe. We were looking for tiles to match our new Kitchen and to be as close as possible to the worktop sample. Joe pointed us to the large range of ceramics they had in stock and found us the perfect match.
Big shout out to Joe and we are considering a new Bathroom fitting next year so we will defiantly be back for continued business.

Staff very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable (no hard selling techniques either). They provide appropriate and reliable advice if you require it. Pre and after sale customer service is excellent. Worthy of 5 stars.

I cannot praise Homematas and Joseph enough. How many places do you go today with the intention of just buying a few odd tiles to top an outdoor table - so let’s be honest not a big spend - and get treated as if you were spending a fortune. Joseph went out of his way to help. He provided us with a variety of options, including some end of range samples at no cost. We got lots of advice on other tiling projects along the way too! We came away with exactly what we wanted and the plastic never came out of the wallet! It is going to be our one-stop-shop from now on.

The staff were very helpful and supported us, in getting the perfect tiles for our bathroom.

Fantastic service from start to finish! So happy with the advice we received in the showroom and the fitters were friendly, punctual and so polite. We are thrilled with our beautiful kitchen floor.

Homematas had previously renovated my bathroom to a fantastic standard so when I wanted a kitchen renovation I went straight back to them. They gave me great advice for the look I wanted, their workmanship was brilliant throughout. Everything was completed as advised and in a timely manner. A big plus for me was to have the fitting, plastering, tiling and electrical works all included and arranged by Homematas so there were no unforeseen delays or additional expenses. They were able to facilitate some last minute requests without hesitation. The completed kitchen is absolutely beautiful and a pleasure to use. Thank you

Two years ago Homematas upgraded our en-suite area (actually complete makeover all new). We were so pleased with the company, in all departments from survey and sales to the brilliant team of fitters who worked seamlessly together, that when this year we needed a makeover to the bathroom we didn’t even look anywhere else. We knew that they had the ability to design and build our new bathroom within the budget we had. No pushy salesmen. They just did it. We have no hesitation in recommending Homematas if you’re looking for a new bathroom or kitchen.
