Customer service was slow to reply, however they did rectify my mistake and I received my order well packed. The product was great, just as described.

Absolutely loving my new Homend Turkish coffee maker! For someone who struggles with the traditional stovetop method (burnt coffee, anyone?), this machine makes mornings a breeze. Just add water, coffee, and press a button - perfectly brewed Turkish coffee every time.
