I contacted homeownersinsurance to get a quote for insurance on a new home we are purchasing, and had a great experience! Not only was our consultant, Joel Yarborough, friendly and knowledgeable, but he was able to save me $450 a year from the quote I had received through my auto insurance company. I was thoroughly impressed!

This company has the best customer service and will find you the best rates. They saved me a lot of money. Wish I had known about them years ago.

I learned more about home insurance and Claudine was awesome with explaining everything to me even right down to discounts ALSO got me a rate that brought a smile to my face that i still have.. I was disappointed at first because I went to the website and then received an email saying that I had to call them for a personalized quote. I had hoped to do everything online. I called and got an agent, Kaitlyn. She was very knowledgeable and personable. She answered all of my questions and processed everything as quickly as possible. I purchased both auto and home owner's insurance and saved a few hundred dollars a year. These policies were less than all of the other companies I'd gotten quotes from before. I have recommended them to my friends.

Christine at Homeowners Insurance is very easy to talk to and very professional. I was looking to find better auto and home owners insurance rates and although we were only able to lower our auto insurance the overall savings was still worth it. I love the fact that this is obviously an American English speaking professional who can talk to customers using "everyday" laymen's terms for things without making the customer feel stupid. She accessed all resources at her disposal to facilitate getting data we needed in an efficient way. Although Traveler's website was having issues that slowed things down for us....it didn't take away from the service that Christine gave me. I would recommend to anyone to request Christine McDermott-Pope to work with if you are calling HomeOwners Insurance. I am pleased so far with Home Owners Insurance overall but proceed cautiously ....as with all insurance companies and their affiliates. Sometimes a deal that is great today can bite you tomorrow.

The agent was very nice. She explained me the coverage and deductibles very clearly. However, I did not receive the quote as promised in a day. It is already 6 days. I did not hear yet.

This is the second time I have used this company to obtain Insurance. It has been an excellent experience from start to finish. They work with many insurance companies and there rates are more than competitive. In fact, I saved over 700 per year on homeowners insurance. You also have the ability to contact your agent directly as opposed to just calling a main number and getting lost in the "customer service world". My agent was extremely helpful. He was great at following up and no hesitation to do anything necessary to help me get the best rates, I would definitely recommend this company to everyone

Had been loyal to a big name Home Insurance company for 25 years; but since I retired; and income limited, decided to shop around. Glad I did, and Homeinsurance.com made the shopping easier than expected. The service was informative; and all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Saved $300.00 per year for a much better policy than I originally had. Would recommend to anyone in the market for home insurance.

My initial contact reviewed my current policy with me and then passed me to a licensed professional to shop best available policies. The best policy achieved me a saving of over 25%. The usual questions were asked, but with minimal repeat questions, and generally efficiently. A new policy was issued, paid for by credit card, signed digitally and in place within 12 hours. Overall I can't fault the service given.
