We’re very sorry for the cancellation and the frustration caused. Unfortunately, the item sold out in-store just before your order was placed, and due to a short delay in our stock system syncing, the website still allowed the order to go through. Once the inventory updated, the order had to be cancelled.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

offer was with good price, but order was cancelled - probably because of the too good price - very disappointing!

We’re very sorry for the disappointment caused by the cancellation of your order.
Unfortunately, the item had already sold out in-store at the time your order was placed, and our system had not yet fully synced to reflect the updated stock availability. As a result, your order was automatically cancelled once the inventory was updated.
We completely understand how frustrating this must have been, especially when you were able to place the order at a great price, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and confusion caused.

La fondue au chocolat est arrivée…
La fondue au chocolat est arrivée cassée. Elle devait être mieux emballée à l'intérieur de la boîte ou en tout cas être entourée de frigolite et peut-être indication "fragile" sur la boîte, cela c'est pour le vendeur. La Post NL a sans doute sa responsabilité dans la casse. Ce n'est pas la première fois que j'entends des remarques sur ce transporteur.
