I attended a CPD on lighting, audio and motorised blinds hosted by James. James is incredibly knowledgeable and engaging and being able to visit the showroom to see demonstrations of the products is really helpful. The experience of the home cinema was phenomenal - everyone should have a home cinema like this! I am now much more informed about these subjects and feel confident in discussing the different options with my clients moving forward.

I have been enjoying Homeplay technology, in my home, for around 15 years.
Recently, they upgraded my security camera equipment. The support and aftercare provided by Tim has been remarkable. Thank you Homeplay.

Just what you want from a home entertainment and security provider, super honest and impeccable integrity. They didn't over sell, just tried to provide exactly the product we really needed. Impressive.

Homeplay has just completed their part of a 2 year interior design project in our home. This involved new lighting, lighting automation, video distribution system, security upgrade (CCTV and Alarm) and audio upgrade. It was a fairly complex project working with legacy networking and limited structural work. Rather than write a review, I’ll post the email I sent to them on completion which reflects my experience from day one to the final.

Joined a CPD on Luxury Residential Lighting, and whilst much of it I already knew, it was great to get back into it again, even if it was just for an hour or so! Each area was touched on quite briefly as there was so much to cover, and you could talk for hours on CRI, lux levels, Part L and so on but it gave a great overview of residential lighting and opened eyes to the endless possibilities available with lighting in the home.

Game-changing Wi-Fi!
We had real issues with Wi-Fi in general but particularly in our bar at home before James and the team at Homeplay got involved. We now have superfast Wi-Fi across the house and bar with multiple access points, we just wish we had worked with the guys at Homeplay sooner. They are very knowledgeable, professional and up to speed on the latest tech available - we didn't even realise the specification of tech they have implemented was available.

Homeplay is an experience and a unique one at that. The music I have listened to ranges from classical to Radiohead. Its all amazing. The first time I listened to classical music with Homeplay and L-acoustics reminded me of my younger days when I played the violin. The notes went through me and touched a part of me I had not remembered in decades.

When Radiohead played I am sure my heart stopped a beat. Watching and hearing them in concert in your own home really is just the same feeling as being there. The bass and the other tones sent a shiver down my spine. It was amazing and difficult to explain here so I would not hesitate to ask for a demo and find out for yourself.

As an interior designer, I have visited a lot of showrooms to have a look at various offerings, this was an exceptional experience.
If you are seriously looking into home automation systems in whatever capacity, please do take the time to meet with James and the team. It will be time well spent to be fully informed and enable you to make the right decision.

The Homeplay low tech small business experience is increasingly rare in our new high tech world of increasing facelessness, remote service, short term thinking, impersonal e-commerce, and big intrusive government.

Net, the Homeplay experience is pleasantly "old fashioned", in a very good way.

Great service and great result! It was very easy to work with Homeplay Ltd. We didn't visit a showroom, but got all relevant advice via Zoom and calls, as well as samples and drawings. Measurements were taken at home, and Homeplay has provided specifications for building an elevated platform and stairs. Furniture installation took less than a day for 6 motorised armchairs and a sofa. Very professional!

Excellent service - could not recommended highly enough

Fantastic company! They really tailor the project to your needs while providing very useful guidance on different systems and solutions for your budget. We know people who are not happy with their home automation systems from other suppliers. With these guys you can rest assured that they will make sure your system becomes user friendly, which is probably the most important aspect of AV and home automation. Kids, mom, and dad are all able to navigate the system!

Excellent service from Homeplay again.
They rebuilt our Control4 system in a few days - they had originally installed it over a decade ago.
Very knowledgeable and efficient technicians - not cheap but well worth the price.
