I ordered on the 5th of February and I live in Europe. The website states 8-10 weeks into Europe which is absolutely fine I'm happy to wait. At around week 5 I asked for an update as I was out of the country around the possible delivery date, I received a response which had a link to a vessel tracking website and essentially I was told there would be delay which was fine by me.

Then a couple of weeks later I asked for the logistics provider here as unfortunately there are a lot of scam emails at the moment, I got a vessel update again so I went back immediately and said I was after the logistics provider in a nice way never ranted or carried on as international shipping is a process. What happened next is the concern, nothing happened, no response. I emailed once a week or there abouts again not being abusive or nasty simply asking for assistance.

At week 13 I then tried their website contact form, Facebook, Instagram, calling (don't bother automated response saying to use email) and tried to contact Speediance (equipment manufacturers) directly to figure this out but no luck there either yet. I don't know if this is a legit business or not, I sincerely hope it is but the customer service is just excruciatingly frustrating as I never asked for anything out of the ordinary, just simple updates. A tracking number with the logistics company would have been plenty.

Personally I would advise to steer well clear of HomeProGym for the moment, if they simply contacted myself this never would have been an issue as delays happen, it is a truly bizarre experience and I can't quite fathom why it has occurred? I really don't like giving poor reviews in anything to be honest and have very seldom done so, but in this instance I genuinely feel like I need to warn others of the pitfalls with the business at present.

It is now presently week 15, I haven’t received an email since week 10 so it is now 5 weeks of being ignored.

Lets set the record straight. I read reviews about people claiming "scam" THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT A SCAM COMPANY. I ordered the Speediance Gym monster and it was delivered as promised. I even emailed them after I saw "scam" posts about potentially cancelling my order. I'm glad they reassured me time after time but were willing to do whatever I wanted in terms of keeping the order. I had faith, kept the order, and they delivered. Thanks HomeProGym and I hope you get recognized for being a well run company.

Scam Likely! On December 31st, 2023, I purchased a Speediance Smart Gym - Family for a total of $2,788 from Homegympro.com. My decision to make this purchase was based on the information provided on their website, which clearly stated that the gym would be delivered to my residence within 4-9 business days. To facilitate this purchase, the tracking and shipment were coordinated through a Home Gym Pro partner, Shop.app.

However, my dissatisfaction began to mount after waiting for four business days with no updates on the status of my order. When I checked Shop.app on January 4th, 2023, it displayed "Order placed," indicating that there had been no progress made in shipping my order. Concerned and frustrated, I immediately attempted to contact Homegympro.com at their designated support email address. I sent emails on January 3rd, January 8th, and January 10th, outlining my concerns and seeking assistance.

My initial email on January 3rd received an automated response from Homegympro.com, assuring me that someone from their team would contact me within 24 hours. However, despite this commitment, I have yet to receive any form of communication from Homegympro.com, whether it be regarding the status of my order or an attempt to resolve the issue.

As a result of this unresponsiveness and failure to fulfill the purchase agreement, I have been forced to take additional steps by involving my credit card company in an attempt to secure a refund for the $2,788 I paid to Homegympro.com.

The entire experience with Homegympro.com has been deeply disappointing, and their behavior can only be described as untrustworthy, unreliable, and unresponsive. I feel misled by their promises and have been left without the product I paid for or any resolution to this matter.

I ordered a Speediance from HomePro Gym ... And since I ordered 4 weeks ago no news, when I send emails I don't get any replies ... quite worrying ...

Do not trust. A bunch a fake reviews below. I purchased something tried to get assistance. Zero communication. Just a company reselling stuff with an automated engine and lots of SEO and digital add spend on Facebook

I like the Stackable Resistance Band Set. It's affordable but you can do a lot of different exercise with it.

I manage a spinning studio and recently started adding bands to the off-bike workout, but the usual bands were 'meh'. I was introduced to this squad, and will never turn back. I've never had issues with homepro!

I ordered the power bands on 4/22/2023 and did not receive my order. I contacted support, and got NO response. I did my own research, and found my package stuck in transit. I contacted Homepro gym support once again...AND here it is: 6/2/2023 and still waiting on what I PAID for....stay far away from this brand...

I'm having the same experience as everyone else. I ordered on the 16th of April. I was told 3-5 day delivery. It's April 29 and still haven't received it. I was told the they was waiting on the shipper to pick up the product. I will not recommend the company to anyone. Horrible company.

I ordered resistance bands and they were much cheaper than anywhere else. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and shipping time (3 days, despite the products being Australian designed). It is almost impossible to find equal quality bands from any other store at this price point. 10/10, HPG will be my go to for other training equipment in the future

I bought the 150LBS stackable resistance band set from homeprogym and the product they delivered exceeded my expectations. It was of high quality and I have been using it everyday. It also came on time and they gave me a tracking number which really aided me when tracking my order. Moreover, their support was kind and generous and always answered my questions.
