This company thinks that a next day delivery of dog food turning up 3 weeks late is acceptable. Total BS telling us they had sent out a replacement order two days later which obviously didn't arrive. Bad service compounded by outright lies. They should not be in busness.

I bought a radiator form this place and had to return it.
They accepted the return but use a courrier company that exists of two men, one in the office one on the road.
I was told the pickup would be sometime in the week, a week and half later nothing so I ring them and they actually seem annoyed that I wanted them to actually pick the item up.
The terms and conditions state a return fee of £15 pounds giving me a refund of £50 pounds but they took an extra few pounds.
Ive contracted them twice to find out why they took more money than stated but have not bothered to reply.
Ive looked on line and this seems to be quite a common occurrence.

Do Not order from here, £40 I've wasted, no tracking info, emails not legit. Just stay away from this place

Don't order from this company, it is a scam!
I ordered a set of retractable ladders on 31/07/2025 and have not received them or any update.
The tracking system is not working and the email address is fake.
£39.00 down the drain robbing b******!

Ordered an expanding ladder from them over 3 weeks ago. Very quick to take my money but no sign of my purchase. Emailed asking when it will arrive - they just sent my email back with no answer. Should have read these reviews first. A TOTAL SCAM

Like many others, I ordered a Smeg coffee mug....never delivered. Email incorrect, no other way of making contact...REALLY AWFUL.

Stay away!! Ordered a Smeg coffee cup that was not sent and they did not reply to any emails. They have a fake email address. Absolutely shocking!!

Terrible took my money in January and never posted the item. Ordered a coffee cup Smegg. Don’t respond to complaints either. Really awful

TERRIBLE!!!! Do NOT order anything from here…..it will NEVER arrive and they will just take your money. They also never respond to questions and emails don’t deliver. SCAM!!!

Obviously big changes heres since two years ago. Absolutely awful - avoid avoid avoid. I bought a shopping trolley & within the same hour the wheel had dropped off & by 1600 the other wheel had dropped off. I returned the same day to get a refund but was denied & basically called a liar by the hard faced woman in charge who then left me standing there with the rubbish i'd bought & stomped off without even offering an exchange. Hopefully the cash grabbing tacky shop with zero customer service will disappear the soon the better. Most shops of that type are only there for the short haul & soon move on. They will definitely upset the wrong person one day with that attitude - I can't wait should be fireworks!

Absolute scam artists be warned.

I've paid for my goods on the 6th of June never received them tried to contact the company No phone number and my emails are sent back to me SCAM comes to mind

The wrong sofa was delivered to me, the delivery guys wouldn’t allow time for me to check before they went. I had a call from someone saying they will come and collect from me for a refund, I had to pay the fee for the van on top of the money lost on sofa and they didn’t turn up and said number has now blocked me. They way they have treated me for a mistake that is theirs is disgusting.

After saying I wouldn't be back at this store I went today 20th January having checked website saying they were open until 7pm as I wanted to buy a floor light. Got there at 5.50 with someone half closing the door to do a stock take at 6.00, when I said why hadn't the website been updated she replied vacantly, " oh didn't we do that" the place is a total joke as is the lack of customer service??? I would like to add I travelled across town to be treated like crap by the way!!

My experience for this company there's very bad.I was bought bed but they are didn't fixing very well and they are didn't tell me broken side.
There's team didn't work professional and they not honest working.

Ordered an Italian bar and barstools. Quick delivery. The 2 guys that came up from London did a fantastic job delivering and constructing the bar. Couldn’t be happier. Would definitely recommend, a great company to deal with. Friendly, professional and deliver on their promises. Thank you. Great job.

Excellent Customer Service
After emailing customer services to request a fabric swatch the response was very efficient. DAN MIR replied/assisted and got in touch with the supplier to request the swatch. He kept me updated on progress which was very much appreciated and offered ongoing assistance if required. Excellent customer service!
