I was unknowingly subscribed to Hometimelove. I'm glad Kenny from Escalation Team helped me cancel my membership and processed my refund. Thanks for the help Kenny.

Scam!!! Bought a backpack, money taken from my account and never received the confirmation by email, tried to contact them and nobody answers. I managed to chat with someone from Hometimelove who said that my order was never confirmed, but the money was anyway taken and could not be refund, so I’ve asked to escalate the issue and finally on Saturday I’ve received an email from Homtimelove where they wrote that they understand my issue and they will refund my order. I will update this review as soon as I’ve received the money back, if true. Today Hometimelove instead of refund the payment, tried to take additional money out of my account, luckily my bank was already informed to block any suspicious transactions from this scam account and we managed to block them, very dangerous account! I will update the review in realtime. After a week of waiting theyy’ve asked me to rate them 5 stars in Trustpilot if I want my refund, otherwise no money back. So I had a look to the 5 stars review in this page and I’ve found many people giving 5 stars just to try to get their money back…that will never happen anyway! What a scam, be careful!!!
