Easy, informative.

It was an easy booking but I liked that the site gave/showed a discounted price. The only down fall is the totalled 28% in taxes? I just hope it is a nice place when me and my fiance take our weekend vacation.

The prices shown on the website are fake.

E4NN98JD Habe ein Ferienhaus kurzfristig gebucht. Nach der Zahlung sind 24std. danach noch keine nützlichen Details wie Schlüsselübergabe, Örtlicher Kontakt eingegangen. Der Chatbot ist unbrauchbar, Der Agent danach sendet einen Buchungslink in den auch keine neuen Details erkennbar sind... dafür infos zu Versicherungen, Transver... alles was Geld bringt.... in 12 Std. sollte ich Losfahren und weiss nicht wie ich in die Unterkunft gelange... und keine Servicehotline ist telefonisch erreichbar.

Unterkunft sollte zur Verfügung stehen tut sie aber nicht. Egal welche Tage man auswählt, es nicht zur Verfügung steht...
Mehrmals den Support kontaktiert, der immer nur Copy Paste antworten gegeben hat und den Chat danach beendet hat.
Top Einstellung wenn man auf einen Bug hinweist und es egal scheint.

Il 5 febbraio avevo prenotato una casa a Frabosa Sottana per poter sciare a Prato Nevoso. Purtroppo a Prato Nevoso non c'era nessuna disponibilità e l'alloggio più vicino era a 5 km, decido così di prenderla. Il 20 febbraio (giorno della partenza) invio una mail all'host per sapere come effettuare il check-in ed avere le chiavi dell'appartamento. Poco dopo ricevo una telefonata in cui l'host mi riferisce che l'alloggio non è disponibile da anni. Sarei dovuta partire dopo poche ore per Frabosa Sottana. Avevo organizzato il compleanno di mio marito con ristorante e torta prenotata per 15 persone. Inizio la ricerca di una nuova sistemazione che trovo a circa 30 km da Prato Nevoso, meravigliosa sicuramente, ma la scelta era poca ed ho dovuto pagare circa 80 euro in più (per due notti) rispetto all'alloggio iniziale, oltre al danno dovuto dalla distanza, 30 km da percorrere in 40 minuti data la tipologia di strada. Il rimborso è stato immediato, ma non si sono minimamente interessati a venirmi incontro per il danno dovuto ai lunghi tempi di percorrenza per raggiungere le piste e lo sbattimento per trovare un'altra sistemazione in 2 ore. Mi era accaduta una cosa simile con booking.com ma con la differenza che la disdetta era stata data dal proprietario per un problema idraulico all'abitazione e booking.com ha rimborsato anche la differenza del prezzo che ho dovuto sostenere.

Dopo il rimborso ho cercato di contattarli nuovamente, ma non rispondo più alle mie richieste.

Het boeken ging goed, maar in de bevestiging die kwam van Belvilla week af van de bevestiging van Hometogo. Dit voelde niet goed. Helaas liep het contact met de chatbox en livemedewerker niet goed. Men ging niet in op mijn vraag.
Vanwege het "geen goed gevoel" de boeking geannuleerd. Dit liep heel soepel in binnen een uur was de aanbetaling teruggestort. Dit gaf weer vertrouwen

Ich buchte am 01.12.25 ein Ferienhaus in Südfrankreich über AbindenUrlaub.de (HomeToGo). Innerhalb von 10 Min. erhielt ich die Buchungsbestätigung von Belvilla (?).
Kostenlose Stornierung bis zum 21. Tag vor Abreise!
Am 03.12.25 musste ich aus pers. Gründen stornieren.
Jetzt verlangt RatePay GmbH von mir 100 % Stornogebühren und schaltet ein Inkassounternehmen ein. Stornierungsbestätigung und Gutschrift von Belvilla liegt vor. Interessiert nur keinen. Die wollen Geld haben. Also: Vorsicht, Vorsicht und nochmals Vorsicht!

I appreciated the ease of booking and immediate response confirming, unlike another that borders on outrageous, and very stressful. Thank you! I know I will enjoy my getaway!

Zu den Standortangaben wird oft geschummelt um das Angebot attraktiver zu machen.

☆☆☆☆ – Very Disappointing Experience

My experience with HomeToGo was extremely disappointing. Although the website looks professional and easy to navigate, the actual booking process turned into a frustrating situation. After completing my reservation and making payment, communication became very difficult. Customer support responses were slow, and I felt passed between different parties without clear responsibility.

Important details about cancellation policies and fees were not clearly explained upfront. When an issue came up with the property, resolving it was time-consuming and stressful. Because HomeToGo operates as a middleman, accountability seemed unclear.

In short HomeToGo mis sold the facilities that were available to me , even though I put in writing my concerns about access to a roof top pool , they assumed me InWriting I had access to a private rooftop
Pool when in fact this facility had been closed for a number of months due to construction works.

Overall, I would not recommend booking through this platform unless you are prepared for potential customer service and refund challenges.

User interface was easy to navigate, well laid out, easy to: research, access reviews, and change dates or location or # of guests. Good filtering options. Great photos & map feature! Quick booking process. Will definitely use again!

I had never heard of this site before, it took less than 3 min to book and confirm..it was so smooth..definitely will use again.

Wir wollten eine Ferienwohnung buchen, von der es anzeigte, dass sie zum gewünschten Datum noch frei ist. Leider wurde die Buchung dann storniert. Das ist sehr ärgerlich, den wir haben dadurch viel Zeit verloren.
