i like how you have the map to show exactly where the house is. but don't like jumping to vrbo

although i did not see what i wanted good selection

I paid for a reservation and then was told the reservation was canceled! Once a customer is charged for the reservation it shouldn’t be changed or canceled !!! Very disappointing!!!!!

Very good information on site, easily searchable with small lag issues. Map of locations available was helpful. Had been using cottages.com through my Wyndham membership but wasn't surprised they were linked.

or a girls' vacation, we reserved a rental. My reservation was canceled an hour after I made it, with no phone contact or email. I just happened to check my reservation. There is no phone number or message line on this website! AVOID BOOKING THROUGH THIS WEBSITE!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem modernen, hellen und sehr sauberen Ferienhaus. Ideal für Urlaub mit Hund! Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders begeistert hat uns die tolle Sauna im Garten mit Blick ins Grüne. Wanderwege sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Vermieter waren immer ansprechbar, unglaublich freundlich, können das Ferienhaus nur empfehlen. Danke an Jacqueline und Heiko Lange für die schöne Zeit im Frankenland!

Wir haben eine schöne und preislich attraktive Wohnung in Rom gebucht.
Es war Vorkasse in voller Höhe erforderlich.
Ich hatte noch eine Rückfrage an die Vermieterin, die mir trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage nicht geantwortet hat.
Ich habe mich daher an den Vermittler "HomeToGo" gewandt, um eine Antwort der Vermieterin zu bekommen, bevor wir in Vorkasse gehen. Auch vom Vermittler habe ich seit Tagen nichts gehört.
Mir erscheint die Plattform, wie auch die Anbieter auf der Plattform daher fragwürdig bis unseriös.

Wir waren an einem Ferienhaus mit Pool interessiert und hatten ein sehr schönes Angebot gefunden, das wir buchen wollten. Leider hat man nie auf unsere Anfragen geantwortet. Wir haben nun über einen anderen Anbieter gebucht!

Booking with Home to Go was quick and easy. It only took a few minutes and I will definitely keep using them in the future.

Easy to book, good info. on rental etc., however I wasn’t told until late in process I’d have to ck in at a separate office as opposed to my rental condo front desk. I’m disappointed I have to make an extra stop coming and going with such a long drive.

SCAM COMPANY. False advertising. Impossible to get a refund. Rude customer service. Reported to BBB and my bank.

Pésimo, hicimos una reserva en la que se admitían mascotas sin ser conscientes de que solo admitían una y no nuestras mascotas, no tardamos ni 5 minutos desde que hicimos la reserva hasta que nos dimos cuenta. Le comunicamos el error y Se han quedado con 404€ de la reserva porque no tenía cancelación gratuita. Ni si quiera una llamada por parte de ellos. De vergüenza no vuelvo a reservar con ellos y por supuesto denunciado a FACUA.

Having booked a holiday in Spain for may and June, very unfortunately I had to cancel my friend couldn’t come along as she was double booked. So I quickly cancelled less than an hour from original booking. I paid the deposit of £419 and was told my refund was 1p that’s right 1p. I would understand a small fee, an admin fee. So be aware, don’t get buyers remorse.
