Shonky as .. Beware !! .. This company does not even deserve 1…

This company does not even deserve 1 star! Totally shonky !
No order number or receipt of payment, no goods received .. phone only goes to voicemail but never any call back, no response to numerous emails
I’m appalled that they are able to continue to trade!

Sorry for the inconvenience, but the item you ordered we had one in stock and but we could not find it and that why your order was delayed however, your has been delivered as per the tracking number,

I apologise for the delay, but if you are not happy with the purchase and have not used the item, we take a responsibility and happy to take the item back and process a full refund to you.

Appalling Service

Everything was wrong with this order. First it took weeks to arrive. There was no answer to any emails and they never answer their phone or return calls. When the product finally arrived it was a quality product but damaged in transit. I contacted the courier company who picked it up for return. I contacted the Homeware shop by email as they were uncontactable by phone and again didn't return my calls. I have asked for a refund but to date I have received no reply to any of my emails nor have I been refunded. I have given them one star but they don't even rate that! Don't deal with this company.
Update : Today I finally received a refund, but only after this review! I don't change my previous comments but do suggest the company looks seriously at their business practices as there is huge room for improvement!

Scammers

Scammers. Bought a premium kitchen serving spoon, nothing has been delivered. Emails unanswered, phone calls not returned. I'm furious at being ripped off.

Sorry for the inconvenience, Wmf serving spoon you ordered was out of stock, we tried to get it from the supplier but they said new stock will be available by September, so we have processed the full refund and sent you a confirmation email.

We have not scammed you, I accepted we could not served you well, so I apologise for that, but we have given you a full refund.

Because you did not share your phone number so could not contact you by phone but we did reply to email and confirmed that refund has been done.

I understand your experience was not good because item could not be supplied so we gave you full refund.

Terrible

Terrible - avoid at all costs.
Bought a product marketed as premium, after having failures on cheaper versions. This one cost double and lasted half as long.
Worse, I've been chasing them for months to get a replacement, and now they have stopped communication.
Don't waste your time.

Scammers

Scammers. Ordered and nothing showed up. No tracking number when ordering and use UPS. No email response. Will try phone tomorrow and edit score if they come through.

Do not buy from this shop - Scammers!

Do not buy from this shop. They are scammers. I have bought and paid through them online and they have never sent my order despite taking my money 3 1/2 weeks ago. No one answers the phone. I eventually received an email saying that they would check and get back to me. Still no communication and still waiting to receive my purchase. Absolute scammers!
