Tom was incredibly helpful. He was able to answer all of my questions and gave me an informed overview of the Home for Life Plan and examples of how it could give me more choice in buying a property while also safe guarding my future. At the same time, I never felt pressured to make a decision.

I called yesterday and spoke to Tommy, who was so informative and helpful. His whole tone was, friendly and relaxed, which in turn made me feel really comfortable opening up to him. Tommy gave me general information from all perspectives, which will help me to come to a sound decision. He has forwarded me all the figures and information we discussed to help me in my future decision.

Thomas Evan’s was extremely helpful on the phone and gave me a better understanding of Homewise and how it works.

Kayleigh The young lady I spoke to, to inquire about over 60s property and how it works she explained everything to me and at the end of the phone conversation i felt so please the way it went . if all tbe staff are like Kayleigh then this company must have a fantastic way of training their staff . it was a joyful experience and im so glad i found homewise to help me move and find a place

Although I haven’t proceeded with using Homewise, I cannot praise Kayleigh enough for her helpfulness. She explained the concept of using Homewise, checked I understood everything and offered to assist me with so many other things related to buying a home through them. She wasn’t pushy, just helpful, kind and understanding. It been lovely dealing with you Kayleigh.
