We've had Clyde Arc/Homi as our estate agents for almost 2 years now and have really appreciated the professionalism and urgent responses to any queries/emergency situations we've encountered. They've been amazing for answering calls and emails, especially when we had an unexpected plumbing/flooding issue which was sorted that day!

Excellent service throughout the time with them.

From my initial conversation about renting our property with Emma right through to selling it almost a year later, Clyde Arc have been tremendous, supportive, professional and always available to answer an SOS from either ourselves or our tenants. We never intended to become landlords but should we decide to venture into the land of rentals again we will 100% working with the team at Clyde Arc.

Have had the pleasure of having Emma and Craig handle our rental property for almost 2 years now and they have been great to work with throughout. They are quick to report on any issues and act on your behalf in your best interest in cases where time is of the essence to ensure the experience is as hands off as possible and your tenant is not put in an uncomfortable living situation. They have also been very patient with the fact we have been in a different time zone and communication hasn’t always been great from our side but nonetheless have continued to support us. Can’t recommend them enough!

I rented with Clyde Arc for a year while at university. They were very helpful throughout the tenancy, anything that needed fixing was sorted and done within a week. Our property manager was always polite and helpful. I would definitely like to rent with them again.

Clyde Arc has always been available for any issues or emergencies with plumbing/boiler etc. Great communication and easy to get ahold of someone. They were also great during our rental process and getting us into the property.

Emma at Clyde Arc has been nothing short of amazing in helping us find our new home! She made the whole process seamless and the communication has been exceptional from the very first enquiry that was sent. I have no doubts that if any concern were to pop up Clyde Arc would get it resolved both quickly and efficiently!

With how difficult it is to find a place to rent in Glasgow, I feel like Clyde Arc Letting was my beacon of hope, securing me a wonderful place within my budget and meeting all of my basic requirements. They are so much easier to deal with compared to bigger letting companies - proven enough by my securing current accommodation, while failing to do so with many other letting agents. I also had many questions and have came across a few issues in the accommodation, but Clyde Arc Letting is always just a message away and deal with my worries super fast.
