I was assisted by Charlotte via the online chat, she was incredibly helpful and patient. She answered all my questions and explained each answer to me so I understood. The process of accessing the chat was super simple also.

I was unsure when my business name registration was expiring, as I had unintentionally accidentally deleted the email related to the initial name registration. Charlotte was very helpful and sent me a pdf with all of the information I needed and advised me that in most instances a renewal notice is issued 30 days prior to expiration.

I needed an ABN and ended up on Honcho.com.au. It looked like an official registration business and process. They charged me $99.00 for an ABN which I then found out is a free process. I phoned the Melbourne Honcho number but someone in the Philippines answered and refused to refund my money. I then emailed Honcho a few times saying the distress I felt and asking for a refund. It was flatly refused. I am still very distressed at having been conned into paying $99.00 for a free service.
