Awful, do not use. Whilst they might be a legit company and do offer some services it is so over priced, the communication/support is so slow. They say they have a 48hour turn around for communication but I’m still waiting 2 weeks later after sending multiple requests. They tell you your business name is available at purchase (even if it isn’t), then when you purchase you get an email saying that it’s not available and that "this happens from time to time", but if you carefully read reviews you can see it’s happening more often than not. I also paid for a domain that I still have absolutely no access to a month later. Just so disappointed that I didn’t realise what was going on sooner. Do not make the same mistake as me.

I had a current business name I needed to change. Due to business rebranding, I paid to have that changed and created etc.
also had to pay extra to have my old business name removed..
this is wrong! My business name still had ages before it was due for renewal I wasn’t able to just simply change my name and continue I had to create a new one and pay full cost. Than a further charge to have to old one removed. Absolutely rip off

Easy to use and intuitive app. I received a great value quote on a renewal. All my details were stored making it really simple.

Easy application process though need to remember to update your profile and your history if there have been changes in the year! Very competitive quotes.

The quotes for me started at more than double of the mainstream companies. Not sure if it was specific to me. However I do not live in a high risk area or have any claims etc. The main reason to delete app and account is the high number of follow on emails trying to sell additional services ie Gap insurance and servicing etc.

Great website to compare smaller insurance companies and definity provide cheaper quotes. Straight forward and uncomplicated. Good service.

Really simple to do and some really good quotes. I did wonder if it would take forever filling in all the details, but quite the opposite. Some fun quirky stuff too which adds to the enjoyment.

I found this site purely by chance!
I logged onto it and was so happy how easy it was to sort my insurance out and on top of that, i received a £100 Amazon voucher!

Constantly sends emails you can't opt out of. Tried to deactivate account but can't message says 'internal server error'
