Fantastic company. I've worked with many insurance carriers over the past 15 years and Honeycomb is one of the best partners we've had the pleasure of doing business with. The rating system is great. We are able to get quotes out quickly and with ease. The responsiveness of their underwriters and customer service team is top notch as well. 5 stars all around!

Jorge Ortiz was super helpful with our HOA coverage. He was fast, responsive, and eager to communicate with anybody on the board. It isn't easy to obtain insurance in California. I am glad Honeycomb could help; their responsiveness is impressive—quote and bound in less than 24 hours.

Honeycomb has been a welcomed partner during these unusually tough times in the CA property market. Their quote system is straight-forward and user-friendly. Where almost all carriers are requiring paper applications and quotes to be hand-rated by underwriters, Honeycomb is one of the few carriers that still offers an online rating & issue system.

Two stand-out employees that I'd like to spotlight - KeiShaun Sinclair and Michael Riva. They are both extremely helpful and respond very quickly. I'm always happy to see KeiShaun's name signed on a customer service email because I know the job will get done ASAP.

Their procedures were easy to deal with. California is a tough insurance market now. They did well.

The Honeycomb reps are super responsive, & make it a point to take into consideration that I am working on a deadline in may instances. My rep, Michael Riva, has helped me, twice, to get a quote accelerated, which has been one of the deciding factor in my winning these policies. The other factor is that Honeycomb's rates are great!

Honeycomb Insurance offered coverage for our foundation rentals (giving local public school teachers opportunity to live in our pricey community) while my military connected USAA did not.

They still offer reasonable wind and hail deductible coverage and very easy to signup process

The best part of Honeycomb is the pricing, which is highly competitive: just over half what other insurance firms bid. Second is the claims process which was swift and very professional and responsive. The only downside in our experience is underwriting, which was easy at first, but the specific details of our condo building were at variance with the generic form used to bind our policy. It wasn't clear during that part of the process how our 3 car garage detached from our building would get coverage, and a couple other details took multiple revisions and added binders. It still isn't perfectly accurate to match our buildings but on the renewal process we'll get those.ironed out I'm sure.

We are extremely disappointed with Honeycomb's lack of customer service. We are supposed to be business partners; however, they rarely respond to our telephone and email messages. In addition, despite obtaining assurances that a quote is approved, they've pulled them without notice creating unnecessary problems with our clients.
