The clothes are fine, just nothing that really stands out. Pretty average experience overall

Great quality hoodie. Delivery took 3 months. Sizing information is incorrect. I measured as small, but went with medium, but really needed large. Trying to get an exchange item but communication is really poor. Recieved an email saying they are going out of business, but they are still accepting orders on their website. Order at own risk.

Do not order anything from this company.

Customer service takes ages to reply, provide contradictory and misleading information, and clearly try to stall instead of resolving issues. It took several attempts through different means to get a single reply from them.

My order was marked as 'shipped' in their website, but it was never even handed to the courier (label for parcel was created but was never received) yet they claimed it was “lost in shipment. I had to go through a dispute process to get my money back because they simply stopped responding.

This was a frustrating and unnecessary experience from start to finish. Completely unprofessional and not worth dealing with.

An absolute scam. Run!!!

Have been trying to return some items for half a year now. Unresponsive and unhelpful. Great print quality, bad garment quality; such a shame to see the quality go down over the years. Their once warm and well put together products made me fall in love, thinking I'd be a lifelong customer. A couple years pass, I make a big order and then everything arrives with stitches being visible, the once lint free material now has fibers protruding from every inch of the surface looking ugly and the amount of material is laughable. Still have older clothes from them and in comparison the amount of garment was 2x as much, now the joggers almost feel like leggings and the hoodies more like t-shirts. Very disappointing. I still wanted to keepvthe joggers as they artistic expression is 2nd to none but I can't wear t-shirts disguised as hoodies. Sadly, they have been dodging the return labels for months and months, feels like I got scammed.

Ten eerste geen enkel bericht na aankoop, orderstatus blijft wekenlang op verzenden staan, WEKENLANG!!! Reageren niet op mijn email. Stof is mooi, maar.....kwaliteit naaiwerk is om te huilen, draden zie je erover al uitkomen. Vorm van sweater is gewoon lelijk, en mijn hoofd past er niet eens in, hals ingang is gewoon te klein. 3 gekocht, 1 past(zelfde maat toch?) dus nu ben ik de Sjaak, terug sturen durf ik niet omdat ik nu al weet dat ik er niets meer van terug hoor. Mensen uit Nederland NIET BESTELLEN!!!!!!!

Det tog tre månader för min beställning att komma fram. Jag beställde den inom tiden för att den skulle garanterat levereras till jul, den kom i mars. Detta är trots att jag flera gånger via mail blivit lovad av hoodielab att den kommer skickas ”inom några dagar”. Efter tre veckor av att de ignorerade mina mail sa jag att jag skulle höra av mig till konsumentverket. Då kommer den plötsligt en dag senare, täckt av skräp och med smuts fläckar. Det är dessutom inte ens det mönstret eller färgen jag beställde.

Det finns inget seriöst med detta företag och de har inte gjort något som helst för att lösa problemen med min order utom att ge tomma löften på att den kommer levereras. Köp inte av dem här, förväntade mig bättre av ett Stockholm företag.

I adore the clothes, they're gorgeous and soft and hold up through all the washes without losing vibrancy. HOWEVER, I placed my most recent order on December 4th; I knew I missed the cutoff for Christmas, but that's okay. On Jan 15th, I wrote them an email; they responded that they were running behind. On February 18th, I tried again. No response, my order is almost three months from placement and still not shipped. One email mentioned they were having fabric quality issues, I get it, but they've stopped responding and don't seem too interested in fulfillment. And I'm still getting marketing emails from them!!

Placed an order on the 2nd January (169916) and as of the 27th February I still have not received the order. Won't be using again.

I’ve ordered 5+ orders in the past and whilst their tees take around 6 weeks to deliver that is understandable as they are made to order. In the past I’ve had good customer experiences and support has been prompt when things when wrong.

Things have clearly changed in the last few months - as echo’s by other reviewers. I placed an order for ten tees during their Black Friday sale at the end of November. Despite 3 promised shipping dates all have been missed and my order has now been unfulfilled for 3 months. My last 3 chaser emails over the last 3 weeks have gone unanswered, and they do not respond to their Facebook messenger or their unstaffed ‘24/7 chat’ or their phone number (which apparently operates for 3 hours a day 5 days a week).

All the signs suggest this is now a company in financial crisis with operational issues. I will not be giving HoodieLab any more of my money, and given my unanswered support I will be filing a reverse charge with my bank to reclaim my costs. I’d encourage other potential customers to beware and to consider getting their money out incase the company folds. Such a shame for a company with such a good physical product in the past.

Evitare assolutamente. Fatto un ordine il 16 gennaio. Ad oggi niente. Nessuna risposta q varie email di richiesta.

I ordered back in December and have still not received the item I ordered and its now nearly March, I have asked for updates but they have stopped replying to me

This company is a scam!

Made an order and never received it. Waited a while, they kept delaying the shipping date and eventually completely stopped responding to me. Luckily raised a dispute with my bank and got the money back.

I have ordered in the past and got a quality product. However.

My recent order arrived many months late and with spotty customer service, but it did arrive (after three months).

I feel like they've cut costs and now can't really cope. Customer service feels outsourced and I'm not sure it has any connection with the operation on the ground

I made two orders um january and senta email, chat, insta.Anda they didnt say anything about my orders...

I am one of the designers at Hoodie Lab. The company stopped paying sales commissions in May 2025, and they stopped answering our emails asking for explanations and the sales commission money throughout 2026.

Like everyone else reviewing recently.
This is a scam company that takes your money and does not send the order. They also fail to respond to any complaints.
I have contacted my bank to back charge..

I ordered 2 pairs of shorts for my fiancé on 12th Dec, the status was stuck at creating my order or preparing to pack my order, right up to Feb 11th! Although there was some discussion and apologies via email in Jan they ended up ghosting me altogether. So I showed evidence of the conversations to PayPal and got a full refund! I certainly won’t be using hoodielabs again, it was a total waste of time and energy. Avoid!

Ok, so I ordered a pair of shorts on 9th Aug 2025.

I received a few emails informing me my shorts were being prepared.

I tried the tracking link, but it didn't work so I emailed on 28th Aug and was informed "your order is being finalized and will be shipped by next week"

It wasn't!

Then didn't hear anything for ages and honestly I completely forgot about the order for a while. Nothing arrived.

I remember in Nov, whoops. So hit them up, asking what's the story?

"Please allow us some time to investigate this matter with our team thoroughly, and we will promptly provide you with an update as soon as possible. Your patience is greatly appreciated."

Sure, no worries.

I wanted another month, and heard nothing. So I emailed on 11th Dec to ask for a refund as they clearly weren't going to send my order.

They did refund me, but only after I said...
" Please don't take as long with my refund as you have taken to look into the whereabouts of the order."

I got the refund, but it wasn't really the point. I wanted those awesome looking VHS shorts for my holiday in late Sept!

I honestly won't order from them again. You probably shouldn't either. It'll most likely be a waste of your time.

Awesome VHS shorts design though.

Really bad return and refund system. I returned something back in may and have still not received my refund.
