The wool rug came several days before the pad as somehow FedEx separated them. The rug is beautiful, soft, springy and I love it. The pad arrived in only a plastic wrap and was partially soaked in possibly water. The shipper did not disclose why it was delayed, nor whether it had been damaged in shipping. I notified Hook and Loom and a replacement pad was sent via USPS wrapped in plastic and boxed. It arrived after several more days in good condition. I now have my living room back together and love the new look and feel of the rug. It was worth the wait and the cost was very reasonable. Thank you

I ordered rug samples, which arrived quickly. However, the 8 x 10 wool rug we chose based on the sample was significantly lighter, and the way it was shipped is a problem. Instead of being tightly wrapped around a cardboard cylinder (like most expensive wool rugs), it was shipped in a "U" shape, which created significant wrinkles in the center of the rug. After giving the rug weeks to settle, it is still wrinkled, and customer service was of no help. I was instructed to move the rug to an area where it can be walked on and vacuumed regularly. How many homeowners have ample open space to leave the rug until the wrinkles flatten? For the price, I would have expected quality service. If you decide to order from Hook and Loom, be aware that you may end up with an expensive rug that has quality issues.

Finding just the right rugs was perfect for step one. Ordering from this company was easy and efficient, step two.
Getting our rugs in a timely manner, well packaged and safe, step three.
Enjoying the quality and appearance of the rugs, step four. Thank you!

It was a nightmare. It wasn't a problem to place the order, but getting the order right and delivered took over a month and more aggravation than it was worth. The rugs shrink a lot so be prepared to cut down the pads to fit the shrinked rugs.

Shipping was very quick. I am super happy with my rug, which is beautiful and feels so nice under my bare feet each morning! The heathered colors are very attractive .

Your company is great! Your rugs are attractive and reasonably priced. Your website is easy to navigate and full of helpful information about your products. Your shipping works well. Highly recommended!

I love the search engine options to find the right & best rug for my needs. The rugs arrived & look terrific, and feel great. I wanted small washable cotton rugs for the 2 sliding glass doors we have. I had some used rubber to prevent sliding on our tile floors so I didn't order any more rug backing. I am delighted!

Wonderful customer service response times and very courteous! Even though the rugs I ordered didn't work out in my home, I would highly recommend their samples for anyone to try and experiment in their own homes. This is a great small business to support!

The rug is really lovely and brightens up my kitchen. When I did the research, I discovered that many rugs emit toxins over time, so I was delighted to find a company that sells a large selection of eco-friendly rugs.

Access to reasonably priced samples were helpful and I appreciated the quick turnaround.

I love my Hook and Loom rug! I’ve searched for an eco-friendly, people and pet friendly rug for ages. My Hook and Loom rug is well made, super soft and the colors are amazing.

The delivery was very fast, and I enjoyed the earth friendly packing. I will be back for more!

We love our rug. It is so soft and beautiful, and it helps our dog get in and out of bed without hurting his joints. It's so comfortable, sometimes he sleeps on it rather than his crate bed. I'm thrilled because it is made with natural materials that won't add plastics to the environment.

Great clean product for sure. Only complaint would be I expected it to be a little more sturdy/durable. Had it less than a Few weeks and already have loops that have have pulled free. Haven't even gotten a chance to run any kind of vacuum over it so I know it wasn't a roller wheel. It was purchased for a nursery so it will be a high traffic rug after the baby comes so I am concerned with how it will hold up over time and with the possibility of my child having easy access to loose fibers that are non toxic sure but he could still potentially choke on it.

The rug samples we ordered arrived promptly and we chose one. We absolutely love the rug. It is very, very soft soft under foot and looks beautiful in the room. Delivery person was very nice and helpful too. Highly recommend this company. Love their commitment to not using chemicals in their rugs.

Fast delivery, clear communication and fantastic high quality rugs

Hook and loom has a nice selection of wool flat weave rugs. The Corriedale Natural Wool Woven Rug - 3' x 5' that I ordered is beautiful, soft and well made. I plan to order another one. Shipping was quick also.

The rugs are beautiful and well made. Shipping was prompt with excellent tracking information. The prices are reasonable and I plan to purchase more of these eco cotton flat weave rugs.

I was looking for a nontoxic rug for our office. Our dogs hang out in there a lot, so I wanted something safe and easy to clean. I am beyond thrilled with the look, feel, and quality of this rug! I bought a 6x9 Nice Tan eco-cotton. I highly recommend. Worth every penny!

This is my fourth rug/runner from Hook and Loom. Love the product. Easy to take care of. Doesn't irritate my baby's skin. Soft and looks great. Already contemplating on buying another one. :)
